The three of us went there for lunch after checking into the hotel. The food was very average at best. No one really thought it was very good. It was not bad but it was just your average run of the mill food. We ordered a French dip, a pizza, and onion rings and they were all really average. To us, the highlight of this place was the great service and the drinks were fantastic. It was one of the better margaritas I’ve had on my trip. My friend also loved her alcoholic ice cream beverage that had caramel in it. The service was fantastic though.

The Brew Brothers at The Tropicana is a good pub style spot with great service and good food. Tried the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger with the BBQ sauce on the side and fries. Was really elegant how they twisted the bacon around the knife BUT I had to send the bacon back to spend more time on the grill as it was not cooked. Once that was taken care of the burger and fries were good. I also tried a Golden Lager Munich Helles from Four Peaks Brewing Co…what an exceptional beer. Easy drinking, soft, great flavor, very light hops…great beer for any type of meal. Overall the food here was good and the service excellent.

If it’s the weekend or an event going on make reservations. There was about a 90min wait without a reservation. The bar seating is by first come. We waited a few moments & some seats turned over at the bar quickly.

This place is super busy, best to make reservations. After eating here, I can completely understand why! Ordered the roasted brussel sprouts for starters. Very flavorful and a good portion. My fiance ordered the hatched chili burger and fries. It was mediocre, not good and not bad, nothing to rave over. I ordered the double crispy chicken sandwich and fries. This is by far in my top five, had a dressing on it that was super tasty which made the sandwich great. The fries were crispy and well seasoned. Staff was friendly and helpful. As mentioned, it was super busy so it was a bit slow. One thing to note, the name suggests they may be a brew house with several beers on tap, they have about ten or so beers and none of which they brew themselves. Overall pretty decent place.

We came in with a party of 8 and they told us we’d have to wait as they only had one table that could accommodate eight together but there were a ton of tables that sat 4 at each near each other but they couldn’t put them together because of the way sections were set up for servers, so we opted to get two different tables with two servers and it worked out fine. Staff was pretty helpful and efficient. Food was very mediocre and my expectations weren’t high at all, we got a pizza, which was okay, the burnt ends which were supposed to be the ends of brisket and they were more some charred ends of a roast smothered in BBQ sauce. Chicken sandwich was meh. There are better places to eat.
