Came in and was the only person there, so any service comments are nil but I was pleasantly surprised by the depth of knowledge my server had about local beer. He made recommendations, offered me samples, and pointed to places around the state where I could expand my palate — very informative.

The wife and I went here for date night. I have to to say, this place is way too well hidden for how good it is. (Backside of a strip mall, not facing the major highway that it sits next to).

Great selection of beer and ciders. Hospitality was superb. For once the food menu had a lot to choose from. I would highly recommend this corner brew restaurant.

We had drinks and appetizers here and it was a great experience! The onion rings were tasty and just the right temperature, and the fries were amazing! The beer selection is vast and I liked everything I tried. Jason is a charismatic guy! We’ll be back!

Great food, beer and service. A little loud, not much to absorb sound. They love older metal tunes… I appreciated that, but people had to talk over the music sitting at the same table, thus, it gets loud. But the food (why I went) was very good and they had some different concoctions… 99% MADE FROM SCRATCH. Yeah, the ketchup… pretty sure that was house made. The other 1%, where’s that you ask, maybe? Well, they don’t make water, so there you have it.

My wife and I wanted to try local establishment without going to go across the river. There was a problem with the door and after several tries I had to enter through the back. Sat at the bar. The waitress was friendly. Made suggestions the drinks and brought menus. The menus was mostly burgers with a few other items. We prefer the wings for an appetizer. My wife ordered the grill cheese and I order Polynesian tacos. When the foods came out it was the entire wing feathers and all. I asked for a knife to cut them. It was very hard to cut them with a steak knife. There were no appetizer individual size plates. There we were 2 people with a tray to carved our food to edible portion. I had to cut the end off the flat for my wife to remove the feathers. Then came the main course. The grill cheese was cold. The roasted tomatoes were a spread. My wife only ate a part of the first half. The tacos were blah. Nothing to race about. Now with 3 people on staff and a handful of customers at 3:30 in the afternoon you would expect WOW. Note if you are just there for a brew they have a good selection, but warning, STAY AWAY FROM THE THE FOOD.!!!!!!!!!

Our first time. Lots of craft beers. Very friendly staff and a very laid back place. The Brew Smash Signature burger was fantastic. Zucchini fries pretty good too. We’ll definitely be back; got lots of other stuff to try. Thanks Thomas for great service and for your service to your country!

Wonderful local restaurant with fantastic food, friendly service, and fun quirky atmosphere. We were staying at Pocahontas State Park and this place is only about a 15 minute drive.

I ordered the Korean Wings to go. You receive 4 wings for $15. The wings are dry. The sauce is a little spicy, and that’s good. But there are chicken feathers on the chicken. The cook didn’t clean the chicken properly.

Please save your time and go somewhere else!!! Waited over an hour for food and was told to leave because the cook was gone!!! If I could leave NO stars I would. We went here for my best friend’s graduation dinner and was VERY disappointed. Not to mention a complete waste of time. We ordered 2 appetizers, 2 kid’s meal, and 5 adult meals. The kids food was brought out and then after almost an hour of waiting one of the adults food was brought out. The food that was brought out was cold, oily, and soggy. When I realized we’ve been sitting for an hour and no appetizers were even out yet I went to the waitress and asked if we can cancel the appetizers. She stated they had 1 cook and her manager was out of town and she wasn’t able to make any decisions. We waited some more and my friend decided to go up and request for them to contact their manager. She came back and we decided it was time to go. When I went to talk to our waitress again. Another waitress behind the bar flagged me down and told me we can just leave because the cook had a medical emergency like stroke or something. No ambulance was ever called and they continued to work like a medical emergency wasn’t happening. We believe he got frustrated and left but our waitress never advised us of anything. Like I said at the beginning very disappointing and a waste of time.
