Lovely place, the people working are always nice and engaging, especially the women who are there most mornings. The pastries are tasty and I like that they have an actual basis for calling themselves European, especially with the sugar and butter French pastry which name I forgot but is delicious. The Chai Masala is also super tasty, and this is coming from a person who can be picky about chai. Espresso shots are never burnt too!! Definitely needed for the area and probably one of my favorite coffee shops in Southeast Boise

Very clean and comfortable place. They had good pastry options that were pretty tasty. Coffee was good, but not the best in town. East Boise really needed more coffee shops, so I was really happy to see this place being built. It’s a decent spot for a coffee date. The employees seem quite young and appear to still be in training, but this place is very new so I’m sure it’ll improve with time.

Great cup of coffee and super friendly staff. My daughter loved the small cookie that came with her hot chocolate, it was a nice touch. We’ll definitely be coming back! I’m not a fan of the mounted TV, seems unnecessary but that’s just me.

I used to travel for work 15-18 times a year and Brewed has one of the best flat whites I’ve been able to find in the States. Plus Susan was so friendly. It’s 30 minutes from my house but definitely worth the trek.
