My family and I went here last night for dinner. We ordered a thousand appetizers as the boyfriend wanted a little bit of everything. So we ordered fried mushrooms, fried pickles, onion rings, fries, some Buffalo egg roll things and then for our actual main meal we ordered the family thing of wings which was 32 wings and we got them in 3 different flavors. The reason I rated it as a 3 is because for one of those flavors, my boyfriend asked that they do the butter and voodoo and the waitress said yes she understood but yet as you can see in the picture she apparently didn’t and they only sprinkled the seasoning on our plain wings….there was no butter…just dry wings with a seasoning sprinkled on them…so we didn’t eat those ones… but the food otherwise tasted great and it didn’t take long to get out to us and there was no long waiting line to eat there like there was everywhere else so that’s great!

Quiet, chill place. I love to come in just to have a drink because happy hour is basically all day(11a to 7p). I don’t particularly care for the waitress, however. She was very short with us & seemed uninterested in serving us. But the host guy at the door is super awesome!! Overall cool place

I tried this location for the first time, only to realize it wasn’t the best. There were two ladies working the bar- one with blonde hair and one with green hair. I did not catch their names; but they were exhibiting fairly rude behavior. A number of customers were complaining. I also did not have the best service. I noticed the manager running around helping to hold things together. One of the bartenders began crying when I overheard the manager mention the amount of complaints to her. Shortly thereafter, another customer yelled at the manager when she was doing her best to help. Not sure if this was just tonight, but hopefully they get it together there. I don’t plan on visiting this location anytime soon.

Maybe we went on an off day? We were the only customer. One other party came I. While we were finishing. Every food was bad. The chicken wings were burnt in places. Broken bones. Bad flavors. Just bad. Odd to sit in a large place all alone like that. Servers acted like servers that didn’t expect people to be there messing up their quiet time.

My husband and I drove nearly 2 hours and had ordered 2, 8 piece wing bundles. I got the mild and he got the extra hot garlic. My food not only smelled horrible, but tasted just as awful. The fries were undercooked and left untouched as well. Very disappointing for spending $40 and not even being able to eat it. HOWEVER, the lady with the long curly hair is the best thing they’ve got going for them! From the call in order to me picking up with food. She knew the menu off the top of her head, was super helpful and extremely friendly. The customer service was A1 from HER. The food was just… terrible. Being pregnant I didn’t feel safe eating it. Super bummed!

To those saying the smell is bad, it’s the cleaning solution. I noticed no one has gotten sick here, so they are clean. Ashley was out bartender/server on a Sunday afternoon of 4-16-23. Food was alright but they accommodated my work party with lots of food and drinks. They were awesome today and I drove from hot springs, Arkansas to enjoy the place. The food just needs a little more attention, but the atmosphere and cleanliness is far above expectations!

If I could give this place no stars I would. My husband, kids, and I ate here for lunch today. When our waiter brought out the wings we both looked at each other because we could both smell something weird. We thought it was maybe the Cajun seasoning? But after we both tried two wings and we knew all the different wings were bad. Within just minutes after eating the wings, I fled for the bathroom and exploded out of both ends. Literally. We told the waiter and he said he would let the manager know. They didn’t charge us for the wings but it was still $60 which wasn’t right either because they told us before we ordered that the kids cheeseburgers were half off today. But after they took the wings off they charged us full price. Manager never came to the table. As soon as we left, both my sons threw up IN THE CAR. So I think something wasn’t right. Idk if there was some cross contamination going on in the kitchen or spoiled ranch or what but we are all suffering food poisoning today. Thanks for nothing.
