I am in love with this place. During the day, they have the best coffee in Johnston, as well as yummy snacks and some breakfast/lunch offerings. At night (Wed – Sat) it turns into a very chill lounge with all kinds of espresso martinis on offer. They have a fully stocked shelf so you can have other cocktails too. 100000% recommend

One person ahead of me, there were 4 workers yet my one iced coffee was made with the order after me. So I had to wait for them to order and pay for mine. That’s crazy! As if that wasn’t already frustrating, they give you an entire cup of ice! If I wanted ice, I’d order ice. Lastly they mixed the other order then used the same dpon to mix mine! They had Splenda, I only had almond milk. Now my coffee has their Splenda in it. Very unprofessional environment.

The people who make their formulations are either trying to sell to teenagers or have very powerful sweet tooths. We do not. All our food was a touch too sweet and there was more milk in my coffee than asked for. However the fourth star in service snuck in because the very professional server, kindly, steered my wife away from a coffee that would “make your tongue blue.” The alcohol bar and coffee bar combination makes for a unique and fun atmosphere with good people watching. The place is well staffed and bright and polished.

My wife and I love Brewology! There’s many coffee/ drink concoctions we’ve tried and they were all great. The breakfast sandwiches are always fresh, hot, and big! Above all, staff are informative, polite, and provide a welcoming atmosphere, something you can’t seem to find at mainstream/ chain coffee shops.

Brewology has delicious coffee that really wakes you up and a great selection of flavors. Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious and made with real egg, which is a huge deal breaker for me! The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the café has a beautiful aesthetic! Will definitely be back and would highly recommend!

This has been haunting me since it happened so I feel compelled to share – I was served the worst bacon, egg & cheese sandwich of my life here. The coffee was fine, but my goodness this sandwich was like if you asked someone who’d never eaten a BEC before to make you one. The eggs were scrambled in with the cheese, which completely fell apart when attempting to eat. The bacon was that super-thin premade stuff and did nothing to improve the dire egg/cheese scramble. It was a dry mess and it tasted horrible. Since when does one need to specify how a BEC should be made (fried egg, two slices of bacon with a slice of cheese melted over the top) when ordering? Please, Brewology. Don’t inflict this on anyone else.
