Incredible evening at Brezza. I had never heard of Brezza and this Conrad Hotel was clearly new but holy smokes food, service and ambiance was 5-Star. We had multiple great dishes. Just ask and follow their lead.

Food is amazing, service is top notch and fast! The ossobusco was tender and juicy flavor was on point, paired with the poached egg mashed potato which also blew us away. Gnocchi and lumache were also excellent. Our server Michael was very personable and on point. Andre suggested a great wine.

This was exquisite. The service was meticulous and clinical. The food was divine. When it is difficult to determine the best item, you know you’ve won. Try the Ceasar with tomato, the mushrooms, and tomahawk.

My friend and I were in town for a conference and found ourselves here looking for food at 10PM, after a long day. The food was great, the atmosphere was amazing, and overall, we really enjoyed it. The staff was pleasant to talk to and helpful with tips on air travel out of Vegas. We will go back when we’re back in town.

Can words express how incredibly impressive this restaurant is?!! Craft cocktail perfection was followed by the most unexpected Brezza “Caesar” salad. Mixed select greens tossed with ground garlic croutons. Add in white anchovies and accompanying vinaigrette. Yum. Charred Octopus up next and what a hearty, perfectly seasoned and cooked serving it is. Delicious. The best of all was next, Herb Pappardelle. An AMAZING Lamb ragu with I would say, the BEST pasta I’ve ever eaten. Thinner and almost transparent, these soft ribbons simply give the greatest chew and have you moaning in delight. And not to be forgotten the excellent staff and inviting, comfortable decor. This hands down will be the first restaurant we return to in Vegas.

I liked the cozy and modern interior, and the food I ordered was prepared in perfect condition. Especially, the fried calamari was fried with fresh vegetables and the dry-aged tomahawk steak was so delicious because it was moist. All of staff were really friendly, and they were provided with the best service with smile, fast and accurate, for every request.
