When Robin, the owner found out that was my sister’s birthday, she brought her out this amazing chocolate cake with whipped cream and saying happy birthday with a bunch of her employees! Thank you! Will not return, ever. Initially was very promising. Nice atmosphere from what I saw. Could be a great place to watch football. 1st the bartender was Hammered, to the point I was waiting for her to fall over. Wanted to order food. She said she’d take an app order and then be back to take the rest. Then instead took another groups order and then struggle to put it in their POS for 20 min. We got wings eventually, they were subpar, and then left. Marginal service and we’d have spent 5x what we did.

We were very pleased with the food and their customer service was awesome. They provide a great atmosphere, have several large televisions and even have a huge meeting room they provide at no charge, as long as your group is ordering food and drinks. This would be an outstanding location for a birthday party, anniversary celebration with the whole family or any event where you want to surround yourself with family or friends.

Brians Boat House web page clearly states it opens at 11am on Fridays. Also the sign on the entrance door says open at 11:00 on Fridays. Went there at 11:30 on 7-14 and it was closed. A worker said they open at 3. I suggested they update the website and sign on the door.

Went for dinner, should have read the reviews first. Had the stuffed grouper, it was stuffed with imitation crab and had no taste other than a char flavor. Mashed potatoes were cold, ordered French onion soup as my soup with meal- told it was an up charge- the up charge was the price of the soup $8.00. Meal was suppose to have steamed veggies just received a plate with fish and potatoes. Waitress was nice. Definitely not worth $60 and we just had water to drink.

Came in for fish fry and we were our waitresses only table. We ordered the combo plate for an appetizer and the cheese curds were cold and the mozzarella sticks were still frozen. Our waitress never came to ask how it was. She forgot to give us our salads before the fish fry and when we did get them the lettuce was wilted. Ordered the walleye and it was so full of bones I couldn’t eat it, the tartar sauce was glazed over like it had been sitting out for hours without lids on the plastic containers and the coleslaw was hot. Still, the waitress never came to ask how anything was. Another waitress refilled our drinks for us and the little bus girl was doing most of the work. My boyfriend had the perch which had no flavor and his fries were cold like everything had sat out for a while. I have never not left a tip for a server as I was one for 12 years. We tipped the busser instead since she was keeping up with her job. Was not at all worth the $61.00 and we had sodas. We will definitely not be back and I recommend not even wasting your time and money.
