Well it’s a story to tell, my wife and daughter both wanted pizza while we were out, so we decided to go to a place in Trinity we liked, but when we pulled up they were closed new Sunday hours open at 4pm, so we drove to another pizza place at Starkey Ranch, and Bingo 2 for 2 they are now closed on Sunday. So we did a search and Brick City came up. And are we glad it did, the place is great, the service was absolutely fantastic and the pizza was perfect. We ordered a cheese and sliced tomatoes and a Pepperoni, both cooked to perfection in their wood fired oven, they are 12in pizzas so that is why we ordered 2. Our daughter ordered buttered pasta with meatballs and she loved it, the pasta was cooked as it should be and the meatballs came with no sauce as she had asked. So if you have not tried them make the trip and give them a try, and they have quite a menu as well.

Food was kind of disappointing. We started with mozzarella sticks and wings. They only sell dry rubbed wings and you have to dip them yourself, the Buffalo sauce we had was decent while the ranch was the better of the two dipping sauce and were out of bbq sauce. The mozzarella sticks were decent as well which came with bland marinara sauce. Now the pizza was way overpriced for the quality you get. Both the bbq pizza and the bacon ranch pizza were soo bland. With the toppings that goes on them you wouldn’t expect to literally not taste any toppings. All we tasted was the char from the oven. Wouldn’t recommend or come back

Our family loves Brick City. Great food, staff,and the owner Steve is awesome! My kids love this place, when I mention it, they are running to the car. The Arugala Pizza and fried ravioli are the best, you won’t be let down. And yes, both kids eat the pizza too, im telling you.

Tried Brick City for the first time and was surprised to see a good selection of food outside of pizza, including sandwiches and a breakfast menu. It’s a decent sized place with several tables and some counter seating. I ordered the chicken cutlet pizza which is a 12 inch size. Overall it was pretty good. The crust was thin but with a nice slight crisp thanks to the brick oven. They serve alcohol here as well, with some bottled domestic beer, a few craft beers on tap and wine. Will return to try some of the other things on the menu.

Food was ok, I think prices are high especially for a small bottle of water, 2.45. Pizzas weren’t real big for price. Appetizers looked good. Overall nothing special. Brick oven pizza and stroms. Sauce was good

I got the oven-baked chicken wings (flats only)…..with a side of blue cheese (no extra charge) ….choices for dipping sauces were hot, mild, blue cheese & ranch. The chicken wings were good. I enjoyed a side salad and it was very good with mozz cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers. The Blue cheese was ok – I have had better. Wish I could get the 21/20 salad as a side instead of just an entree salad — looks delicious in the photo I seen on Facebook!! Absolutely loved the Pepperoni and Mushrooms pizza!! Great flavor and it was cheesy ❤️❤️….it was $13 for 8 slices – brought 4 slices home ❤️ . I will definitely return!

This place is great. Orders come out fast and ingredients are fresh. I don’t have that bloated feeling after eating like I do with other places. Definitely leaner and not as greasy as others. Would recommend!

I don’t know why people are complaining about wait time. Yes, they have to cook your pizza and it takes time, not sure if it works any other way around. Food was tasty and service was good. Will definitely come back.
