We had lunch here today, and I am so happy that we did! They have a menu full of tasty items. All of us got a trip to the salad bar; it had everything I was looking for in a salad bar and more. The one trip side salad was a great size to pair with an entrée, but if you are looking for a larger size, the one trip regular salad was great. We also ordered sandwiches, and they were delicious! I recommend the ultimate club, the chicken bacon ranch with grilled chicken, and the pulled turkey sandwich. The BLT sandwich was okay, but the focaccia bread was fresh and absolutely made the sandwich. The sandwiches are large, so I suggest ordering a half size if you are pairing it with sides. The sweet potatoes with caramel sauce were a fun treat! They are open 7am-7pm, so I’ll be back to try breakfast items and to eat lunch again.

We came here on the 4th of July so it was pretty busy and i imagine the staff was probably short as well. However we waited about 50 minutes for our food, and did not have great communication with the waitress so we felt a little disappointed with that. That being said the food was pretty delicious! We all had burger and they were all good, only thing was i wish my sour dough bread for my burger was more of a bun than a little slice of bread. Definitely try the sweet potato fries, they have fry sauce and caramel sauce you can dip them in.

The Brick house always has good sandwiches and we eat there every year when we’re in town for the Shakespeare Festival. My only complaint is the fries. Don’t get me wrong, the fries are fresh cut and are really good when they’re good but there is often a problem like they are overcooked or that you only get 2 or three of the nice big fries and the rest are just tiny shards of fried skin. I have never had a bad sandwich though.

The food at this place is some of the best you will find anywhere in Southern Utah. We have been eating here for years and although things got a little bumpy when ownership changed hands, the food has almost always been consistent and delicious. The front end help does a great job with being friendly and inviting and do an excellent job catering to the customers. Unfortunately, the kitchen seems to slow the whole place down to a crawl. We frequently experience wait times from time of order to plates on table of 30+ minutes. If you are considering enjoying an awesome burger like the Silverado, you may want to set aside an hour to an hour and half to get your lunch in. I can’t imagine how well this place would do if order wait times were more near 10-15 minutes other places seem to achieve.

This place is a really good sit down restaurant, but it has its issues and I’ll run through them now. The wait to be seated and to receive our food was in the ballpark of 45 minutes total, and the desert portions are really small while being really expensive. Now enough about the negative, lets talk about the positive! The portions and their prices for the burgers were quite solid. Only about 14 at the most expensive for us, and it tasted amazing. It’s a really nice date place, however be aware that you’ll be waiting a while and dont order the desert because its not shareable!

Jill was our waitress. She is such a nice person and very patient. She was very efficient as well, and got our food to us very quickly! Looks very plain in there though, you could use some fairy lights and some pretty plants! ❤️
