Very good wood-fired pizza made with fresh ingredients. Nice use of the oven gave the pizza a good char. I thought the Margherita had too much cheese and the sauce was a bit sweeter than usual, but others in my party thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant is nicely curated with a relaxed, laid-back feel to it. I enjoyed the bar area and in the rear is a small, but efficient fire pit.

This is my first time at a brick house. I’ve been wanting to come for some time but it’s about a 30 minute drive from norwalk. I came today and boy it was well worth it. No joke you guys this is some of the best pizza I have ever had. I ended up getting a “kids size” because I wasn’t too hungry but omg I scarfed it down. The cocktails are amazing. My bartenders name was ANDY and he was so sweet! Super polite and personable. They didn’t have exactly what I wanted but he made it work and made a LOW CALORIE drink that was to die for. Thank you brick house and your wonderful staff! You just made a customer for life!

If I could rate this place lower than one star I would. We waited over 30 minutes to get an appetizer while people who arrived after us received their appetizer, main course, and dessert! Service was non existent! We had to ask multiple people for plates when the appetizer finally came. We finally were fed up and had to ask multiple people for the check as well! If you want to be ignored go here if you want good service go literally anywhere else. Also the pizza was gross.

This is the second time this year that I’ve gone to a Ridgefield restaurant with my mother and we’ve come away with completely different experiences. This was her choice for lunch last Friday – she did a bit of research online and was intrigued by the pizzas. As soon as we walked in, I just wasn’t comfortable. I found the interior to be super claustrophobic, especially because they still had the plexiglass separators up between tables (don’t worry – I’m not going down a COVID rabbit hole here). The outside looked very spacious and edgy, and in hindsight I should have pushed for a table out there. My mother thought it was cozy. Of course.

The pizza was absolutely fantastic -great flavor and cooked perfectly (wood fired pizza)! The service exceeded our expectations. It was the first night of our vacation and we really wanted to sit outside on their patio. They already had a fire in the fire place so they moved our table in front of the fire place and then brought over a propane heater as well. Kindly accommodating and quite friendly!! A great experience and I highly recommend the Brick House!
