First time trying the food here. The woman at the counter was very nice and helpful, and offered me a sample of the chicken, to make sure I liked it, before I ordered it. The portion sizes are huge. I had the, Honey Chicken, Vegetable Lo-Mein, Fried Broccoli, Pork Eggroll, and Crab Rangoons. Everything was delicious, but the lo-mein needed more flavor. Will definitely come back here to eat.

Today I visited this eating place in the mall. I couldn’t remember which meat I had with my plate I had the last time. So I asked the woman if I could try the honey chicken and the general chicken. She looked up at me rolled her eyes and proceeded to put the chicken on sample stick.I wasn’t rude or disrespectful I told her which meat I preferred after tasting them. Then paid for my plate and walked off with my son. Who ever is over the establishment needs to talk to her about customer service. Good customer service at that because she was rude, the guy who check me out was so nice and bubbly.

The food was good. Only complaint was they didn’t give us any silverware or napkins. We were staying in a hotel during our visit. Would have helped if we had utensils, but overall I would recommend.

I am awarding Brickery’s Grill a 4 out of 5 stars rating. While I have experienced some disappointment when ordering via GrubHub, the quality of food when dining in-person during non-rush hours has been exceptional. The kitchen’s visible proximity to the dining area adds a level of reassurance.

I ordered lunch for our office online, it was about 12 orders and everything was wonderful! The ladies behind the counter were so sweet to wait and box everything until I got there so it wouldn’t be cold and they threw a bunch of extra sauces and utensils in the bag as well! It’s so nice to be greeted with a smile when picking up a large order as some places seem inconvenienced nowadays. The staff and food was GREAT! Highly recommend, we will be back! 🙂

So, the food is always good. They give you plenty for a great price. And the people are usually very friendly and kind. I’ll start the next part by saying I do not expect everyone to put on a fake smile for customers all day every day. You’re human, not robots. However, I don’t understand why I was treated the way I was treated today. I was polite. The person handling the transaction was slowly closing the register and saying “thank you”, seeming like she wasn’t wanting to give me my change. I waited for her to give me my change and when she didn’t I said “do I have change?” She scoffed, shook her head and reluctantly gave it to me. Then, when I kindly asked for extra forks (I had 3 kids with me and they give you a ton of food. We weren’t going to share one fork) she shook her head again and reluctantly gave them to me. Then, after our meal, I asked for extra napkins (they only give you one per box) and again, she scoffed, shook her head, and reluctantly gave them to me. I mean, I understand if times are tough right now. I get it. Perhaps you should put out a tip jar if you expect tips (like baristas do) instead of assuming you’re going to keep a customer’s change, and perhaps you should make a sign that says no extra forks or napkins if you’re going to whine about having to give paying customers extra.

I must have been there a day they chose not to make the food fresh or good. The pictures that have been posted for their establishment are false advertisement. My husband ordered chicken wings, not to be unfair they were not bad, he had to wait 25 minutes to get them. Our rice was not tasty. My order of general chicken was not right, I know every place is not going to be the same, but this chicken didn’t look right or taste right.
