In complete honesty, the food and service was fine. However, in your images it shows an older lady dining alone on her birthday. I think about this image often. It makes me so sad everytime I see it. Just to think of an older lady turning 90 sitting in that restaurant all alone. I hope there is further context to this image, that would greatly settle my soul. All the best.

Thought I’d give it another try. The person taking orders was very slow, didn’t understand what I wanted…. Loaded baked potato… Not side potato. Yes, I want bbq on my sandwich, not pickles only. Place wasnt clean and food was barely warm and bland.

I rarely complain but we got food yesterday. This morning me and my husband are so sick I’ve been throwing up a lot and so is he. The pain in my stomach was so bad I couldn’t sleep. A trip to the ER confirmed it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else and avoid the food poisoning

We went in mainly for ribs. There is room for improvement in certain areas. Customer service was decent. Free refills on drinks if dining in, but depending on your drink, you do have to walk up each time and wait for them to refill it. The ribs was very tough and lacked seasoning. The mac and cheese is BOXED mac n cheese, not the homemade kind. In MOST BBQ places, the Mac N Cheese and baked beans compliment the BBQ, but not here. I was disappointed. We spent alot of money and was HIGHLY disappointed. Room for improvement for sure. Inside was clean which def is a PLUS! BBQ sauce was good. Ribs should be tender and juicy and full of flavor. The sides should have been homemade, not boxed.

Last weekend we went to Brickhouse BBQ for our first (and last time). It took a very very long time to get our food, but this is understandable as most businesses are short staffed right now. We were patient with this piece. When we got home, we realized our order was wrong, and we had to go back to the restaurant to get our order corrected. Upon going back, the patience that we had shown the business in the first place was definitely not reciprocated to us as the paying CUSTOMER.

Kayla is not a good boss! Extremely rude and disrespectful. Talks down to people and basically called a new employee on their first day stupid. She needs a lesson on how to treat people, and properly run a business!!! Now we know why they are constantly posting hiring signs! Don’t send your teens there to be verbally abused!!! Not worth it! Will not eat there again!
