We got the greatest hits sampler and Mötley Cüe/Another brick in the wall! Both were beyond amazing and more than we could even imagine. Meat was cooked to perfection. Barbecue sauce was delectable and I bought a bottle to take home. Shout out to Courtney and Kyle for being fantastic!!!

Food was amazing. I had sliced Beef sandwich, could be a bigger bun. Fries were fantastic home cut. Husband had the nacho fries and he raved over them . But WARNING. The spicy(hot) bbq sauce is really I had to get a cup of ice to go.

This place was really cool. Unfortunately, there was only a cook and one server working. She was overwhelmed and overworked and we felt sorry for her. The place was crowded and she did the absolute best she could to keep up. Owners or management should have been there to help out. The food was absolutely amazing though.

I’ve recently been in a BBQ/Smoked meat phase that comes with summer. So upon a suggestion from a coworker I decided to go downtown in Hays Kansas to Brick’s Rockin’ BBQ. Craving pork ribs for two, I got a full rack which came with two sides, Baked Beans and Baked Corn casserole then added the smoked mac-n-cheese. (Lg) Over all, the meal was good. But, the portions were small, very small for the sides. Embarrassingly I actually called thinking they forgot the corn until I removed the lids seeing one beans and one baked corn. The beans are not my style, pasty with no bacon or onion. The ribs seemed a tad dry but the flavor was good. Actually, all the dishes had the same smoky flavor. I enjoyed the BBQ sauces! Choose between a sweet, smoky and tangy or a spicy hot which I prefer.

Went for dinner with my husband, had a great experience! Server was super friendly & checked on us often. Food came out within 10 min and was very hot & fresh! Would definitely recommend Mac & cheese, poppers & turkey!

We ordered the burrito with shredded cheese, but it came out overloaded with nacho cheese. The combination of nacho cheese and the cheesy potatoes was too much. My pulled pork sandwich was ok. The pork was dry with a bark that I could not bite into. The fried okra was the saving grace. The atmosphere was whimsical with rock memorabilia mixed with cows and pigs. The service was great, very prompt.

100% recommend. Food, music decor, and staff are all FIVE Star. My family and I are visiting Kansas for the first time and trying Kansas BBQ was a must for this trip. I chose Brick’s because of the excellent reviews they have received and their music theme. The restaurant has items signed by music legends, instruments, and other treasures on display. The food was AMAZING. We had okra and the poppers to start and then the pick two as our meal. Treat yourself and go to Brick’s.

I ordered the ribs and burnt ends, there was more char on the fries. The coleslaw had more flavor than the ribs!! Service was great, the food not so much. Luckily we’re passing thru and will not return nor recommend!!
