A quaint little cafe with a great view of the bay. Staff is very friendly and serviceable. Some of the best service I’ve had in a while. The area is very clean and well kept and the decor is cute and very homey. It has a vintage Mom and Pop style to it. We got an egg sandwich on an English muffin with bacon, their blueberry pancakes with a side sausage, their french toast, and a cup of their New England clam chowder. Everything was spectacular. The eggs on the sandwich were cooked over medium perfectly so they weren’t too runny. The french toast and pancakes were both light and fluffy, and quite sweet. The chowder was some better chowder in the area. The one critique was their sausage wasn’t a breakfast sausage, so it didn’t quite go with the pancakes, but it was good nonetheless. Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back.

Ordered a side caesar salad to go. The cashier was very nice. Side salad was a joke! They should feel ashamed for charging customers 7$ for what they served me.

Understaffed- I totally get it. Only one girl working and probably one cook. We were told when we got here there’d be a wait. Asked to order and pay at the counter. Also okay. Food came out on paper plates. The home fries I paid $5 for were about a handful’s worth. Paid $45 after a 20% tip for two plates we could eat in 3 minutes. About 4 eggs, a piece of American cheese, 4 pieces of toast, and 2 handfuls of home fries, 2 coffees. Should have been more like $20/$25. Wouldn’t come back, sorry.

After a wonderful stay in Portland, we decided to travel into Booth Harbor for a day of whale watching and stopped into this quaint cafe for breakfast. The best part was our waiter the tall, young man, he was patient, attentive, and extremely friendly. Secondly our food was delicious, every dish was freshly made. We even ordered sandwiches to go which were delicious.

Service is rough, because of understaffing. But food is consistently excellent. Blueberry pancakes, breakfast burrito, and oatmeal were all very tasty. Great spot for breakfast!

Great breakfast. Cute restaurant with a country home feel! Owner makes all food herself to make sure it’s done right! She takes great pride in her little spot in the world. Love that real syrup is served! Try it out.

Granted, it’s off season and the good help went back to school..but we just experienced the worst service so far on our 4,000 mile trek in the NE. My blueberry pancakes were fluffy as advertised but flavorless. The coffee was yucky but thank goodness our waitress never asked us if we wanted refills. The waitress was VERY particular about where we sat. We are on our honeymoon and wanted a view of the bay. Nope. We wanted to sit adjacent to each other. Nope. We can’t take it too personally, though, as she told a neighboring table to scoot their chairs in…we loving refer to her now as The Table Nazi. So. Disappointed.
