This place was amazing! Tracy was our server for the evening and her bright, bubbly, joking personality was such a joy to our first experience! If you’re in the Peoria Heights neighborhood, you’ll want to stop here and grab their delicious 6-inch pizza and their juicy, flavorful wings… you won’t be able to eat just one!!

The pizza was good the wings not so good. The wings were undercooked. In response to Brienzo’s comment, we did send the wings back to get cooked longer but they still weren’t right so I just threw mine away but my friend took hers home and baked them to her liking.

The place was nice and rustic a bit. It’s located in a very good area. The service could use improvement. We got the Jalapeño chicken pizza. The crust was very good and had a small char which was very good. It was a tad bit spicy here and there but the pizza lacked flavor though. Overall a decent place. (3.5/5)

Will not be returning. It was $60 for 2 of us to get a pizza and a drink with breadsticks. Music was so loud it was hard to hear anything. The breadsticks were great but the pizza was terrible. The crust was burnt and the bottom of the pizza was raw and doughy. Our waitress was great. We did not ask for any discount as the last time we did so the manager was rude. Also witnessed a bus boy drink an alcoholic drink he picked up off a table he just cleaned. Absolutely disgusting and the rest of the staff acted like it was normal. We have kept coming back but it hasn’t been getting any better so we will not be returning. It is not like it used to be.

Caleb was attentive to my husband’s and my lunch order. We had fun with a Build Your Own Pizza and a Greek Salad with awesome dressing! We got our food rapidly & our drinks were filled often. We were impressed with this on a Friday when it can get busy. Thank You to everyone at Brienzo’s- keep up the fabulous food & service. We will keep coming back XO

My mom and I decided to try someplace new today for lunch, and this is the spot! Nice and quiet, good energy and music with a lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff, Angie was wonderful and attentive! Garlic cheese sticks were delicious, the goat cheese salad we had included spinach, some walnuts, red onion, bacon and peppers with a few other things, but sweet and just the right amount of savory. Never tried a salad like that, it was perfect! We picked the Buffalo Chicken Ranch pizza and that was just as you’d suspect, amazing… right down to the strawberry cheesecake gelato and root beer float we ordered for dessert! Worth every penny. Will be back again!

My softball team and I wished to have a team dinner and we initially thought going to this establishment would be a great way to bond and enjoy our last moments of our summer season. We were very tired after playing in the extreme heat all day long, we verified with the owner that we had a large party of 30 people ahead of time and we repeatedly asked if they would be able to accommodate our needs. However they refused to seat us indoors which was extremely frustrating as we had been outside all day in the 102 degree heat. The owner also stated they would be unable to split out checks, as a fellow waitress I understand not being able to do so when a restaurant is busy. However this was not the case, the owner then said that we could find business else where since “we complained to much and that our kind was not welcome”, however all we wanted was for the staff to at least accommodate our needs of splitting the checks. He then stated “I understand you guys are out of town but this isn’t how we do it here”. Absolutely unbelievable. We were mildly understanding of not being able to seat us indoors, however not being able to split checks when ur not busy?! It’s a computerized system that splits the checks for you, this isn’t the 50s. We ended up just leaving and as we did so the owner then stated that we weren’t welcome back. Overall service was arrogant, incompetent, and honestly degrading.
