Pretty authentic Columbian food. I can tell because they don’t speak a lot of English, but don’t let that stop you. Very friendly staff and wide variety of food. Empanadas were very good.

The place is very culturally oriented, the service is amazing, the prices are within budget and the amount of food that you get is great. The coffee, for the most part is one of the best things of this place along with the bakery.

I am Colombian and this is one of the most authentic food you can find in New York and New Jersey hands down, Being in this restaurant feels like being back home. The food was spectacular and the decoration took me back to colombia. I recommend the “casuelita albeiro” or “arroz mixto”. These are one of my favorite dishes from here. But start off with delicious empanadas, buñuelos, chicharrón with guacamole, pandebonos… the list is massive from the bakery this place will blow you away.

Mariana and Edwin the servers were very nice! I had never gone to a Columbian restaurant , and didn’t really know what to get. Mariana recommended to try a drink with lulo or lulu fruit i think., and it was good. I also orderes pollo empanizado (breaded chicken) and it was a really big chicken breast, but it was very well cooked and good for price I believe. Everybody was super nice 🙂

Pina colada was yummy. Being vegetarian, this restaurant isn’t suitable for me but they suggest me Guacamole & plantain (Banan Waffer). Staff doesn’t understand English but one latin gentleman help me to ordee the food.

Great place to go eat well worth the money. The waiters are ALWAYS very friendly and attentive. Whoever is managing this establishment is very good at what he/she does. I highly recommend to anyone having a special birthday. They come out with instruments and sing like 3 different songs and scream at the end. As far as the food. They have typical colombian breakfast and coffee that’s hard to beat. And the soups are very good for hangovers after a long night out partying. I have a YouTube channel called “Winning Tints” where I make small vlogs about these experiences so you can get a closer look. Subscribe to watch these reviews

If the colorful decor does not attract you to sit down at Brisas Elmora then hopefully this comment will. Once you are inside there is more decor to keep you entertained and food that will leave you more than satisfied. Staff members Alejandro and Wilmer took care of my wife and I both times we visited and all of us had nothing but smiles. My wife is from Colombia and can not get over how authentic the food is.

Everything from apps to dessert was awesome! The wit and comedy of the waiter made us very nostalgic! Everyone had a great time! The birthday song very typical of Colombia
