The kitchen of Briseida is the best authentic Mexican food place you can go in the valley. I’m a very allergic (on high preservatives) person when it comes to food and going to eat outside of my home. I came at last minute when Bris was about to close, and she very kindly made me fresh handmade tortillas, the mole was omg something else (next level). My new favorite place

We loved this place! Small restaurant but big on flavor and fresh food. Excellent service as well. We had fish, carne asada, and barbacoa tacos. You get a huge spread of toppings as well. Everything we freshly made. The tortillas were delicious.

It is a bit confusing because there is a big banner announcing tacos, that is not briseidas. There is no clear sign for the restaurant, they just have a menu with the logo on top of the a table. Our server had no experience in serving tables nor taking orders, it took her a few trips to ask us about our orders. Our drinks came almost the same time as the food and I got the wrong drink. Now the food, we had a plate of machaca with egg came with handmade flower tortillas, a plate of enchiladas with cheese. Let’s just say that all the right ingredients were there but the food had NO flavor, same for the tortillas. Best of luck but not coming back.

I had some very delicious Chile Rellenos. The rice and beans were very good also. To make it an excellent lunch as far as the food was concerned… homemade fresh off the comal, flour tortillas! My wife had albondigas, also a very delicious option.
