We had breakfast. Enjoyed the food and the relaxing atmosphere. Our server, Annette, did a great job! Attentive, efficient, and very personable. All around, a great way to start the morning! Kudos to Carla C. for her excellent service for breakfast of day two of our stay at the Sheraton.

Decided to try Brix and Ale for a Saturday breakfast. There was a Brunch Buffet available, in addition to a Brunch Menu for individual items. We decided to get the Brix & Ale Burger and the Avacado Toast. Excellent meals. The burger was served on a cutting board. It was so juicy, you had to eat it fast. My husband put a napkin down in front of him to contain the juices. It was really delicious. I ordered the avacado toast, and it was absolutely scrumptious. I felt like I got my healthy meal in. The eggs were poached perfectly, and the avacado was whipped with lime instead of lemon. Added a great zesty flavor. The service was great and the manager was very attentive with all of the guests. He visited with the patrons while making his rounds to ensure everything was good and if anything was needed. As for the asthetics of the restaurant, it is very open and pleasing. The windows overlook the hotel pool as well as the greenbelt behind the hotel. We definitely want to go back to try some of the other dishes. Parking is free in the garage next to the hotel. You can order in or for take out. The service was quick, and again, all staff were very attentive and absolutely nice. Definitely a great place to stop in.

EXTREMELY slow service. And the restaurant was basically empty! When we finally got water which we asked multiple times for, they brought one pitcher that was cold while the other felt hot like it was sitting outside for hours. Burger was soggy, fries were warm not hot, salad was ok. When we got our check, it was incorrect and had some of our group members items on it. We didn’t bother changing it because we didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for a corrected check. Don’t waste your time or money here.

We wanted to try Brix and Ale for the Sunday brunch buffet, as photos in past reviews looked great. We obviously missed the memo that the buffet wasn’t happening anymore. We were instead offered the Sunday brunch menu. The food was just ok and definitely overpriced. My burger actually was missing described ingredients. On the plus side, we had the lovely restaurant to ourselves for most of our meal and the service was good. No telling if other times of the day or of the week are better. Overall disappointing.

Located in the Sheraton Hotel in Georgetown, Brix and Ale offers some delicious modern takes on a few classics. The environment is great though can be a little loud depending on the number of people there, food is absolutely delicious, prices are reasonable, and staff friendly. Only issues I encountered was the server seemed overwhelmed and it showed a bit in their service, and the menu, though delicious, also felt very limited. If you are in town though, or don’t mind a drive, and are looking for a decent place for dinner then go ahead and give this place a try.

Decided to try this place out for my BFF’s birthday lunch and was not disappointed! We enjoyed the atmosphere, the wine and the food! We tried a variety of things on the menu and really enjoyed the presentation, freshness and taste of the food. We had fried pickles, chips and queso, street tacos (both kinds) and the grilled Caesar salad that had REAL grilled romaine lettuce that had a WONDERFUL/ unique taste to it. We LOVED it! Our waitress, Carla was really sweet and attentive and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Very nice restaurant in the Sheraton Austin Georgetown. We were staying at the hotel, so it was convenient, too. We had dinner and drinks, then brought food up to our kids. The bartender was very nice and helpful.

Brunch is from 10-3 and the buffet ends at 12. Amazing buffet for Sunday brunch. It’s exactly what you would think of for a brunch, but nicer and extremely clean and hot. Add on some Mimosas and a Bloody Mary and it is a very memorable breakfast, for a reasonably affordable price. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. The silver wear was clean and the water was filtered.
