Their crinkly fries are so good! I’m not normally a fry person. Prices are super reasonable. Staff was friendly and awesome! We had the burgers and enjoyed them, although the meat patties themselves were a bit dry, the flavors blended well together.

I picked up lunch here on my way to work today for the first time and LOVED every moment I spent in this cool hidden gem in downtown Bristol! Excellent service and I felt right at home. The food is delicious and affordable! The waitresses and staff brought a smile to my face and were very friendly and the service was fast, but quality! The chef is the best and all of them even introduced themselves to me upon walking in, which was so neat! Jessica was a great waitress and talked to me the whole time while I waited on my order and I feel like I made a new friend today! The diner is beautiful, immaculate, and the music is upbeat, too!

The wait staff was great and they really made us feel welcomed, which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. I ordered the classic burger and fries. The toppings and the bun were good but the meat tasted reheated and under seasoned. The tea initially was a little sour, as if it was sitting in the canister too long. On second refill it was good.

the meat for my burger was so foul i couldnt eat it. the staff had clearly cooked my burger patty several days ago and thrown it into a fridge then microwaved it when i placed my order. ive never had to spit out food in front of staff before and it was very embarassing. the staff seemed very nice but i cant recommend this place. the owners
