Really good authentic tasting pizza. I had the cheese and the margarita. The cheese was excellent! Nice little chill spot and really good customer service. Next time I’m out this way and want to break my carb fast I would definitely come back.

My daughter celebrated her 12th birthday with her friends at Escape Room Ashburn, then walked downstairs to eat here. They shared DELICIOUS cheese and pepperoni pizza (seriously, we had to order more because it was so good!) and each had a fountain drink. The staff were super nice about us taking over tables and chairs to seat 10, and didn’t make a fuss about the birthday cake we brought in. The space is bigger than it looks, clean with pretty wall murals, and smells just as it should: of garlic and spices. The price was just right, too. We’ll definitely come again!

Dined in for dinner today. Hands down the best fries & chicken Philly sandwich . We also tried the sausage and peppers calzone which was ahhmazingly delicious too. Vilma, our server was all big smiles and friendly. Definitely will go back to try their pizza.

So the initial presentation of the bbq chicken pizza was not very satisfying, missing the onions, small pieces of chicken not an even distribution on the slices either , excess amount of cheese, and it looks like I amateur made it. Taste wise the barbecue flavor was good smooth, she’s had a nice pull on it when you first pulled the first piece so “One bite everyone knows the rules”, I give it 4.7 out of 10. Saving factors the cheese was tasty with the pull, and the crust was not bad either had a slight flop to it.

Finally, someone made a pizza the way I like. The food there is very good for a pizza joint. You could use a decor upgrade, cut a few items off the menu so everything can be fresh, and you would have a go-to dine-in pizza joint.

Pizza here is relatively decent, definitely better than dominos or pizza hut. I wouldn’t scream and shout at the top of my lungs “THIS IS THE BEST PIZZA” but I would order here again if I couldn’t make up my mind and just wanted to something to fill the void lol. The steak and cheese is decent as well but the 3 times I’ve ordered it, it always arrives wide open and when I try to close the roll it just rips and basically ruins the steak and cheese experience. The best thing on the menu here tho is the French fries. They are ESPECIALLY DELICIOUS

I had a horrible experience tonight with Broadlands Brickoven Pizza and I will not order from them again. I called and ordered a large pizza half pepperoni and half supreme. I paid for the pizza over the phone with a tip for the driver and waited. 35 minutes later the pizza arrived – I took it from the driver and went downstairs to eat with my dad. When I opened the box I realized they brought a half pepperoni and half cheese pizza. I called back immediately to let them know my order was wrong expecting to hear, “we are so sorry about that, keep the pizza you have and we will get the right pizza over to you right away”. That would have been the right answer. What I got was the wrong answer. I was put on hold for 5 minutes and when the guy came back to the phone he told me they would make the pizza we originally ordered but that I would need to pay the difference because I was only charged for the half pepperoni and half cheese pizza AND that they would expect me to give them back the pizza that I had. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? AND WHAT WERE THEY GOING TO DO WITH THE PIZZA THAT WAS BROUGHT INTO MY HOME, GIVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE??? The is an excellent example of horrible customer service. It’s extremely disappointing because I live like 3 blocks from them. I will NEVER order from them again, and I will tell everyone I know about this appalling experience. I try to support local businesses, but I would have been better off to have ordered from Papa John’s.

The pizza is good, 4 star. Had the Hawaiian and a mushroom pizza and no complaints. The service is 2 star at best for horrible expectation management. They estimated 10 minutes on the phone. We arrived in 15 minutes. I checked in at the counter and waited another 30-40 minutes for my food. As I listened to the cashier take orders, she continues to quote 10 minutes every time even as a line formed out the door. This happened twice, I doubt we’ll try again.

The lunch special isnt a bad deal. I got the steak and cheese special and it was great. The fries were extra crispy. It was a good amount of food and good quality. The restaurant however was hot. Too hot to sit and enjoy the meal at a table. This was my first visit, but i definitely would eat there again.
