The outside looks welcoming when you walk in there is music playing and she welcomes you with a smile and a happy welcoming voice. I got the chicken bully and hearty soup. The broth was in a container and the noodles and stuff were in a box she offered me bowls or chop sticks. Both soups were very good and delicious as well.

Some very homemade, fresh and, I believe, authentic food. First time trying Bao Buns and they were delicious. ! The “simple” noodle dish had nice fresh ingredients and the broth was very flavorful, but it was extremely salty. To the point I poured off the broth and just ate the noodles and vegetables.

Stopped in and got a pork sandwich. I believe it’s real name is the Little Piggy. Some of the best food is the most simple and this was an incredibly savory and tender slice of pork on a cloud disguised as a bun. The atmosphere was pleasant and reminiscent of South Austin (Zilker Park) but there’s no in-store dining. She’s just down the street so I’ll check out more of what’s cooking there.

Broken Spoon is a fantastic addition to downtown Franklin. The food is amazing. Everything is made to order and full of flavor. From Bao Buns to Noodles, the owner knows how to make great flavor combinations to keep your taste buds wanting more. Truly love this spot. Well this place is quite a gem to find in Franklin, NH. I couldn’t wait to get home and dug into the first thing I could grab, the Bao Mi and it’s wonderful. One bite into the chicken bao and also great! Best buns and noodles around!
