We are usually please with the food we receive from Broncos and usually visit the Union St location, but we ordered from Grub Hub and the East Main St location was considered closer to our home. We were very disappointed with the food from this location. We ordered soft tacos and the meat had barely any taste to it and the soft shells were so thin you could barely pick the tacos up without them ripping and the inside falling out. Highly disappointed and for the amount we spent just on tacos and cheese dip we expected a little more. Was so looking forward to some really good tacos tonight.

We were excited to try this new place since we just relocated to the area. Our waitress Aura was rude upon us entering into the restaurant, but we brushed it off and thought maybe it would get better. Throughout the evening she got increasingly short and rude with us, even though we were always thanking her for her service. We will not be back to eat here since we did not feel welcomed or comfortable in the restaurant.

Just went to this location because it was close and I’ve usually gotten really good food from Broncos. We were seated as soon as we came in but then had to wait 10 minutes for menus and 10 additional minutes before somebody came back and asked if we were ready to order. I’m not sure who our original server was seeing as the same person never came back to the table. Food came fast but left much to be desired, my sauce was spicy after I stated I didn’t want anything spicy, my flautas were fried extremely hard, etc. We got exactly one refill (after they looked at us with obviously empty cups for what I’m sure was like 3-5 minutes) … I was really bummed because I love Mexican food and USUALLY enjoy Broncos … I won’t be eating Broncos anytime soon unless I’m on the West side of town.

Mediocre service and Good food! Came in the sign says wait to be seated but you are better off seating yourself and getting the attention that way. Food was good and came out quick and the drink was very good as well! Clean atmosphere and flows good despite the small venue .

It breaks my heart to write this, as it used to be one of my go-tos in Spartanburg – I even had my birthday dinner here. Since the turn of the new year, our experiences have not been great. They have stopped offering a salsa (spicy avocado) we really loved and have started charging for salsas on to go orders. This really confused me.

Our server Aura, didn’t seem like she wanted to serve us at all, and gave us an attitude since the moment we walked through the door until we got the check. Will not come back and highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.
