This food truck was amazing. I ordered street tacos, and they were delicious. I like some heat, but their hot sauce is very hot so heads up (it’s orange if that tells you anything). Their Verde sauce was great. Highly recommend this food truck.

Street tacos done well, tortilla was from the grill, topped with a little bit of onion and cilantro. I tried Carnitas, Chorizo, and Adobada. Carnitas was juicy and delicious. Chorizo was ok, not particularly amazing. Adobada had great texture, but the marinade and flavoring was pretty mild. Unfortunately the salsa verde is SUPER mild heat and flavor wise. The red salsa has some heat, but jalapeños are necessary if you prefer green chilis. I’d say size wise they’re 2.2 bites each, so at $3 a piece maybe a tad small. I’ll need to go try the asada and other tacos soon.

We drove all the way from Caldwell/Nampa to Boise for my daughter to try the Maruchabirria for her birthday today. It was SO worth the drive. She absolutely loved it. I got the quesabirria taco plate and it too was delicious. I love when you’re left feeling full and completely satisfied from a meal. It was so yummy and we definitely will make the trek again to eat their. Service was fabulous too.

I travel a lot for work, it’s not often I find a place I keep going back to when I’m in town. This place has one of one the best birria (beef) I had in while, It’s absolutely delicious. Don’t pass up this place.
