We all enjoyed our brunch! The fried chicken on my sandwich was so good! Crunchy and juicy. The sandwich looked huge but it ate pretty light. Messy and delicious. Got the Stephanie (the sandwich of the month) Also was able to snag a bagel to go to enjoy later in the week

I want to give this place 5 stars because the food is truly amazing but there are a few things that aren’t all runny-egg yolk sunshine and goodness. First rule is to get there early because there is always a line. I got here a few minutes past opening time and there was already a line, which means expect them to run out of food quickly! By 10-11 AM they are already running out of food and will have a limited menu–it is a breakfast shop after all! You can tell the employees are overwhelmed with the amount of orders that they have to shut down online orders because they are just too busy and run out of food so fast. I wish this place didn’t run out of food so fast!

The sweet heat sauce alone is a reason to check out this spot. Their breakfast bowls are my favorite and are a nice change up from my typical breakfast. The owners/staff are great and Thicket is one of my favorite food spots in south Austin. Highly recommend!

Just ok for $11 breakfast at sandwich. Bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel is lacking any flavor. Definitely need to add at least salt & pepper. I added my own cream cheese, but still not much flavor.

The stuffed French toast was awesome. Not too sweet and just the right amount of peaches. The breakfast burger was a very messy and greasy, but it was still good. This was second time going and trying the monthly stuffed French toast. I can’t wait to try next month’s! I definitely recommend ordering ahead to ensure they don’t sell out of what you want.

I got the Herb Seasoned Buttermilk Fried Chicken with Cranberry Orange Jam sandwich and it was a pretty interesting combination. The dishes are a bit expensive for breakfast items, but if you’re looking for a unique breakfast dish, it’s a good place to try something new.

Management is terrible every time I have tried eating here and the food is almost never decent. I have had catering done and plates were missing from what was ordered, and staff always looks over worked in the heat conditions. Take your business literally anywhere else.
