Cool experience, very nice atmosphere but just not worth the money. Noodles tastes old and rubbery, dumplings were fresh but lacked flavor. Just tasted like hot dough. Think of Very generic panda express type food when you come here.

Stumbled on this wonderfully delicious surprise while driving around! These dumplings are so tasty…the staff is very helpful and the atmosphere was amazing. I sampled the Korean BBQ Beef and the cheestake dumplings….it was an explosion of flavors . Loved it!

Modern yet old-fashioned. Very friendly service. You order on the screen and scan the receipt at the screen upfront to see when your food is ready.

It was a one time experience. The menu kiosks took time to figure out and the combo meal does NOT come with a fountain soda (came with a can) but clearly the picture shows otherwise. I also didn’t realize an Automat was just a two way locker, it’s just a wall of lockers that blocks the kitchen. Dumplings were okay, best part was the waffle fries. The one guy helping everyone was really nice.

The customer service was excellent. The lady showed me how to pay and access the food available. This was my first time placing orders without cashiers available. And the lady cleaned up after us. However, the environment gave a locker room feel to it. Nice music in the background and great decor. The food was kinda burnt a little too well -done and crispy. Also, the vegan menu option was not available today.

I was so excited to go to Brooklyn Dumpling since I didn’t have to travel to Manhattan. The atmosphere and service were great. Unfortunately, out of all the food we ordered, we only enjoyed the classic Pork and Chive Dumplings. The others were missing the flavor I was looking for. I spent a over $60- for 3 people. Not my favorite place sadly

Solid 3. This is an automated shop. Pay via card only. Online ordering is not a thing yet for this particular location. When you 1st walk in its busy but super chaotic. The music is obnoxiously loud for a mid weekday lunch, it felt like i was in club. You’re literally yelling just to hear the person next to you. So if you’re looking for a relaxing lunch this is not it. Plus there’s limited seating.

honestly this is a place you go once for the experience and never go back. we spent $50 on 4 entrees and the dumplings only came with 5 for almost $12 which is overpriced. the food was fine but nothing to go crazy abt. one of the staff members in the front made us slightly uncomfortable and he was sweeping just to pass the time and was hovering over us as we were ordering.

The food was mediocre, especially for the price. The bowl was $14, the dumplings were $6, and it all tasted bland. I’ve had better meals for less price. Service was fine, but the order took a while considering the low food quality. The ambiance is a little impersonal with the food lockers.
