Food is decent but the lady has an attitude problem. Literally left my food way behind the partition and picked up a call. I wasn’t raised like that, don’t appreciate it and just simply won’t return.

came on my break from 20 minutes away. it says online they are open i arrive the door is locked and there’s people inside just looking at me. I called no answer if your restaurant is closed please say so on the internet so nobody’s time is wasted!!!! 0 stars for customer service

Got my food and it wasn’t what I ordered they gave me cheap thighs instead of the breast I paid for and was very nasty about it when I called them. Horrible customer service didn’t offer to make it right and hung up phone.

This place was a place to go. Now we have girls with attitudes, and it’s not soul anymore it’s Hispanic. I’m Hispanic myself and would be loved to have soul food, not the food that’s cooked in my household daily. The attitude is that we have to buy from them. Every time I see an attitude I turn around and walk away, you are not going to spit in my food. I will have to find another soul food place, sorry RED.

They have a sign saying they are now serving breakfast from 7:30 am to 10:30 am 7 days a week. Went around 9 am and the door was locked and the workers just looked at me. Even called and no one picked up the phone. Why have a sign saying that you are serving breakfast and that isn’t the case. So mad that this is the only local soul food place around!
