The pizza was amazing, totally recommend!! The tables were clean but the bathrooms were not good. I think it would be better to order your pizza by phone and then come in and eat it cause it took 20+minutes to get our order. Overall great place

This is hands down the best pizza I have ever had. The crust, sauce, toppings, and flavor were out of this world. The crust was crispy on the outside tender on the inside. I like the flavor of the pizza. The thick crust is crisp to perfection. The rest of the crust was a bit soft and soggy in the middle. And had a little bit of burnt taste to it. Atmosphere was what ever. It’s a pizza joint. Their drink machine was a joke. Everything was out. Staff was quick and fast. I would come back here for the flavor of the pizza.

This had to have been the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. Seriously! The meat, cheese, and veggies were all fresh, the crust was exquisitely crisp with a soft center, and it was served piping hot. The gentlemen who runs the place is legit, and was very kind to me and my kids, even when they were fussy. He was even kind enough to cut their pizza up into kid-sized pieces. Dining-in is basic, as the place has been there a while, so don’t expect booster chairs if you have toddlers, but hey, that’s part of the charm, as this is what I experienced as a kid, and it was clean. Will definitely be patronizing again!

The pizza tastes very good. Probably one of the top 3 pizzas I’ve eaten here in Texas. Not skimpy on toppings. Would definitely go back. Only reason I give 4 and not 5 is because the girl that answers phone and is also cashier is on the rude side. She can definitely benefit from customer service classes. We want Brooklyn style pizza without the Brooklyn style attitude

Took 40 minutes for an appetizer. Waited an hour for pizza that never arrived. Husband asked for a refund only to be told the pizza was coming out in 3 minutes. After waiting over an hour without being told or forewarned the wait would be long, the server begrudgingly gave us the partial refund. No apologies or anything was given. I was disappointed in the attitudes of the staff. Other families that ordered after us already had their food. If a mixup happened all they had to do was let us know.

This place sucks! Plain and simple. Every time I call there is someone with a poor attitude. Never want to help you, never want to deliver food even though they offer delivery. We used to go here 3-4 times a week when we moved into the island and that was two years ago. I’m not sure if they have new owner/ management but it is absolutely terrible. Would highly recommend New York pizza on SPID over this place. They don’t deliver. But worth the drive to try and get it for sure. Avoid this place at all cost.
