So quick update to my last review spoke with the owner / manager Heather and honestly a very pleasant woman who was extremely sorry for the hair in the food and that it’s absolutely unacceptable to have that happen and instead of waiting on a credit return in my card to come in and she will give cash at anytime . So just how she handled this situation means I will most likely come back to Brooklyn pizza as I have eaten there for years . But I have to say the customer service was amazing

Pizza was good NY style; thin and it was crisp on the bottom. I know you can’t judge a place by getting just a slice but it tasted OK. What I would prefer is if the slice was warmer. It was almost as is the oven was just turned on and didn’t have a chance to heat up properly. I will say the slices were huge!

When I order from here, I always order the white garlic pizza which is usually so good but today it was far from that. You could not detect any garlic on the pizza at all which is usually the highlight of this pizza and it tastes as if it was leftover from last night, really stale, which was not expected seeing as I pre-ordered before the restaurant even opened. The teeny tiny tiramisu for almost $6 just not worthe it. Will not be ordering from here anymore.

As a truck driver I have stopped at many pizza places. Brooklyn Pizza in Rahway ,to me….has the BEST Grandma pie. The minute you open the box , all you smell is garlic and olive oil. It’s a divine experience.

Just ordered a potato and egg hero how can you mess this up huh ….charged $13 .00 not worth the overly toasted half of a Italian bread barely any potato and 2 eggs im a chef ran several restaurants at most worth $6 .50 and and thats being generous now the Shrimp Parmesan a disgrace their slices when hot out of oven pretty good but going back to my original pizza joints this place is not worth it and the ambiance gives off a dirty worn vibe

This place fell off big time the food is gross I ordered spaghetti with mozzarella on top they didn’t put it on at all I added my own the noodles tasted old it was gross got the nerve to be expensive the garlic knots is always good that’s all I ate.. lawd the pizza was beyond gross like it’s been sitting all day.. this is a delivery order when I go there and get a slice it’s good maybe because I’m watching them but they’re gross
