Stopped by for lunch. Nice place with plenty of seats. Cash only so be prepared. We ordered a sausage, mushroom and onion large pie. The pizza comes out quick with the coal fired oven and hot! Cooked perfectly with that crispy crust. All fresh ingredients including the mutz. I recommend it if you’re in the area.

Sauce was amazing, not sweet not spicy just right. Service was fast. Great product with that brick oven taste.

Whole family loves Brooklyn pizza! Been going to this restaurant from years, plenty of parking and decent amount of seating indoors, they have simple menu and we love their food! They don’t take credit cards so please bring cash!

My wife had visited here with her friend and said we had to try it. We went on a Thursday around noon. There were a couple of customers but wasn’t crowded yet. Waiter took our order and we had a large pizza on our table within 10 minutes. Definitely brick oven. Very tasty with great texture of crust with that slight brick oven charred taste. They serve alcohol but we opted for sodas that were delicious. Nothing better than good fountain sodas. Best part was we picked the right day to go as the waiter informed us we got 30% off our check because it was their 30 year anniversary. Definitely recommend.

Was in the area and stopped by on a late Saturday afternoon for a take-out large cheese pie. Was told there’d be a 30 minute wait for the $20 pie which was fine. We paid, then ran and errand and came back and waited a few minutes more for our pizza. We finally got our pizza in a take-out pizza paper bag?! no box?! That’s something new.

Among the best pizza in the area. Unique flavor in their dough, which is also charred perfectly. I feel like I taste just a hint of buttery sweetness in it. Also, service is always great, and I like how they just use a cardboard dish and pie-sized paper bags for taking pies to-go (standard pizza boxes now feel unnecessarily bulky by comparison).

We’ve picked up from this location a few times and it never compared to the Edgewater location. This was the last straw. We come home and literally a chunk of the slice is missing. How do you mess up and still give the pizza to the client. From now on we’ll go somewhere else. Edgewater employees please move to the Hackensack location.
