Truly has the smokiest juiciest brisket I ever had. For over five years I have been coming here. Try others but they don’t compare. Of the 25 times I bought brisket I was dissatisfied maybe once. The ribs are always perfect. I just gotta have it twice a month. I eat killens. It’s closest. No more spring creek beef. But I crave brooks.

I saw the reviews decided to try the signs are funny on their Trailor one says they are not mind readers says if you want lean brisket say lean,which was requested which I thought meant more moist and tender cuts that brisket had fat still and was dry and tough as nails don’t forget Macaroni and heart attack i mean cheese a SAE 5W-30 so oily BBQ Sauce was the only thing good
