Quick and easy breakfast to start your day. Customer service is on point! When your cup of coffee is almost empty, surely they will come by and refill your cup before you even know it. Servers are welcoming in the morning.

I used to love going to eat here but the service has become lousy, some of the the waitresses that don’t know give bad attitudes or don’t listen when I make my order. We got charged for an item that waitress misheard and wrote it down anyway. Our daughter’s steak was overcooked. We will not be returning until things have changed including the high prices. This is supposed to be a family restaurant that’s reasonably priced and somewhat decent.

Went with my family to Brooks Ranch and the service was Horrible! The waitress was immensely rude. We asked for water before eating and never got it . Brought our drinks after they took our order. When giving our order the lady had much attitude and didn’t seem interested in helping us. I asked for potatoes but she decided to give me hash browns . Only asked us once if we needed something and never came back!! When we went to the front counter to pay we let the girl know the card didn’t have a chip and didn’t want to take our card .

It was really bad. The food was cold. It was the worst I have ever ate. Since when do they serve hot beef sandwich on wheat bread and the meat was hard to chew.the gravy was very salty and cold. My husband had County potatoes with russet potatoes. I won’t go there again

Well I am glad to say I had an exquisite experience. I ordered the N.Y.steak breakfast burrito and asked that they turn out into a burrito to make it more portable, it was just the definition of delicious!! The very professional and very kind waitress also asked if I would like grilled bell peppers, onions and cheese which of course I loved and complimented the burrito highly. I ordered it Togo and when I opened the box I noticed they also threw in a side of salsa and sour cream which completely delighted me cuz what kind of N.Y.steak breakfast burrito is complete without salsa and sour cream? If you are any member of My family you answered ” it ain’t no complete breakfast burrito” (not that any of us have ever ordered a N.Y.steak breakfast burrito I’m sure (also if you’re any member of my family or friends you know I’m quite the adventurous eater)) but we had to make due some times if we didn’t have it, and had to use our imagination to fill those particulars in that were missing, but not today!! I got a complete N.Y.steak breakfast burrito this morning for the first time ever with no need for imagination. it was superb! The only bad thing about this is, now every time I have a breakfast burrito, If not from Brooks Ranch Restaurant I will sadly but not regretingly be using my imagination to enjoy the ‘almost breakfast burritos in the future to fill in all that is missing that my heart desires. :,( I wouldn’t take it back for the world tho lol.
