I discovered Bro’s Fish Tacos in 2013 when their food truck was making stops in different strip malls. Bro’s Fish Tacos truck draw huge crowds. In 2019 Bro’s Fish Tacos opened a restaurant on North Lynnhaven Road. This restaurant is very popular. The menu selections are excellent! The owner Jacob Harver was a medic fire fighter before creating Bro’s Fish Tacos. We all know fire fighters are great cooks and like to put a spin on their recipes. I usually order The Truth and Neptuna. Occasionally I order the Nachos during football season. The food is great here! The atmosphere is great and the employees are friendly.

From beginning to end the staff at BROs Fish Tacos was super nice and we felt welcomed. The restaurant is casual and gives the vibe of a cool taco truck with indoor seating. The tacos were Amazing and they had alcohol beverages.( I had soda ). The space was clean and well maintained. I will definitely return for more!

Great little spot for lunch, dinner or drinks. The tacos are amazing and definitely an add to my list of spots to go! The Pollock tacos on Taco Tuesday were fantastic!

Pollack Single…..Tacos were great as usual… They were fast and to the point. I have been eating them for a while and started when they were on a food truck. I will say what is a little funny to me is that the food truck tasted a little better. It may just be my pallet. At any rate, go try them its worth it.

Nice friendly staff. Never had cobia before. Their cobia actually had flavor. And their battered pollock was so crunchy on the outside! Having been to England before, their fish-n-chips were never crunchy, it’s always soggy. I think the British needs to come over and learn how real battery fish is made from Bro’s!

This place always has the BEST fish tacos!! Simple, affordable, and very filling with how big they are! Whenever I’m in the area this is my go to.

Definitely not worth the prices! Nachos were mediocre at best. Tuna taco tasted like food poisoning about to happen.

Ordered grilled shrimp tacos. The service was fast at 12:30 pm. The shrimp were small size, plentiful and nicely grilled. They were accompanied with shredded cabbage and tomato chunks. The garlic sauce was ok. Prefer a bit of spicer flavors, so I found it bland. The chips $4.00 were stale and the salsa was dark, bitter vinegar and clearly old. Tossed both.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now and it is by far my favorite place to get a fish taco! I recommend the “shrimpin ain’t easy”, “The Truth” (which is fried flounder) and of course their Cobia and Mahi tacos are great too! Every taco I’ve had here has been delicious!
