We used to go here all the time when we went to the movies and decided to give e them another try…unfortunately I am not able to give a review on the pizza because we never got to try it. We walked in at 6:15 with a 7:20 showing. Sat down, ordered knots and a pie, ate our knots. 35 min later we were told the pie would be right out. We left at 7:05 with no pizza. However, they did offer to box up our pizza to go for a discount?,?? We were headed to a 3 hour movie… Popcorn for dinner:/ And $15 for 3 sodas and garlic knots that I would have never ordered knowing we were not going to be having dinner with them…disappointed

Food and service was good. They added a 23% tip to our bill for 3 people without ever asking us. I will never eat there again. What if our server was horrible? How dare they decide how much I will tip? They also added a service fee to use a debit card. The cost of all the additional “fees” and the exorbitant tip exceeded the cost of an additional meal. Do better.

Recently disappointed, they have lunch specials posted that I get once every few weeks (for the past few years working around the area) and never had to “ask” to get the lunch special price. I went in on a normal weekday and got my usual and they charged me for each item individually. I had said something after they gave me the total and ran my card, then was told I need to ask for the special in advance of ordering (it was run by what I assume was a manager or supervisor). It’s not a large amount of money, but I’ve also never been told this and they decided to take no action to fix it. Sorry to say off of something this small they lost a customer, I just wish they could have tried to do something and not just act like I was at fault.

pizza was awful. crust so thin it couldn’t hold the abundance amount of hot sauce. I thought nothing could be worse than Ellios. gentleman behind the counter making pies and handling food was very nice well mannered but no mask. the woman on the register also handling food had long hair all over not pulled back.

They have a great variety of food on their menu. I do like their pizza but not everyone does, it’s NY thin crust, what’s not to like? Their wraps and pasta are good too. Some places taste like they get their sauce from a jar but theirs tastes like they cook it, at least add something and not straight out. Order from here often enough.
