The food was really good. I got the French dip with mushrooms and Cole slaw. Also, a side of garlic fries. My GF got the wings. Service was good, and they have bands that play almost every day. We definitely plan to go there again.

Mel is great. There were 2 other women working when I was there Monday and they were great too I just didn’t catch their names. I expected a semi abandoned mom and pop kind of place but was pleasantly surprised that it was just a laid back spot with decent food, pull tabs, decently priced drinks, and lots of smiling faces. Good spot if you want to hang out with the locals.

Authentically, it is a time capsule that most places don’t have. I only have been there once. You just don’t get to see live bands doing their thing anymore. A lot of generations need to see this and pause to think about the past.

Brother Don’s is a pub in the Bremerron area. The parking lot is a bit tough to get into sometimes when it’s busy. Inside ita got ample seating, a bar and a few TVs. They have your normal bar setting type foods like burgers, salads and fried foods. They rave about their seafood platters, and they were pretty good. Prices here are on the lower end for the portion sizes of being quite a bit, so its a great balance. The staff here is friendly and they have live music playing almost every single night.
