My husband and I decided to throw a last minute get together for our daughter’s 1st birthday and had chosen Brother’s, as we heard and read great things about their catering. I called within a week of the event, fully expecting that they might tell me they couldn’t do it for me on short notice. I spoke with a kind gentleman named Brendan (sp?) who was so accommodating and made sure he checked with the owners before informing me that despite my party being the day before the busiest weekend of their summer, they could definitely fulfill our request! Everything was handled so well, and the food was phenomenal. Everyone in attendance raved about the food – especially the brisket! And the coleslaw is so fresh and crunchy, not at all soggy! I’m already ready to plan another event just to work with them again! Highly recommend for food and catering experience, plus the communication and friendliness! Thank you, thank you!

I’ve been here several times now so I feel I can offer an honest assessment. It’s really good. Took my wife today & she loved it. Both the ribs & brisket were top notch. Our BMW Club rides all over Pa & NJ seeking out the best BBQ joints. Brothers is right up there with the best. Really. Their baked beans & 4 cheese macaroni is just as good. The only letdown is the facility; bare bones w/ no atmosphere, views or outside tables. Super friendly owner & staff rounds it all out…

We’d been looking for great barbecue since we moved from Baltimore. We used to frequent a place called Andy Nelson’s. We were delighted to find barbecue every bit as delicious and with just as many menu options so close to our new home. The brisket, pulled pork, and ribs are phenomenal! I discovered Brother’s BBQ while searching online at work for a wedding caterer. Went to try them and fell in love instantly with their delicious food. I had endless compliments at our wedding on the quality of food, even my relatives who were from Texas and Georgia were impressed with the quality that Brother’s BBQ has to offer. Overall, the food was excellent. I had an issue with my order, there was a huge piece of fat with my brisket. Even if I would have opened my to-go container to inspect it before I left, I would have not seen this. This piece of fat was under all the other pieces of brisket meat. The sad part is I was starving, the food was good, and I did not get enough meat because of this mistake.
