Brothers BBQ started with a love and passion for BBQ and the realization that Colorado was becoming a melting pot of people from all over the country who wanted BBQ offerings that reminded them of home. Brothers Chris and Nick O’Sullivan opened the doors to the first Brothers BBQ in February of 1998, capturing different BBQ styles and flavors from various trips across the country and coming up with their own recipes that can only be described as Colorado BBQ. Their Ft. Collins location is the 8th Brothers BBQ location in Colorado. Open everyday from 10-10pm serving always fresh, delicious smoked-in-house meats and homemade sides.

I’m not a big meat eater but tried the kids rib meal and it was delicious – everything was very fresh! The staff is super friendly, atmosphere is clean with a nice side patio – we also love that this is a Colorado company (since 1998!). Highly recommend them – it’s a great alternative to fighting the crowds in Old Town!

I didn’t even stay long enough to see what the atmosphere was or the service. They want too *$*%&$ much money for the food!! Mel’s bbq downtown is the same. The best BBQ I have found is Smokin’ Daves BBQ…. sadly there isn’t one in Fort Collins, have to go to Longmont or Estes Park…but, it’s worth the drive. You can get a HUGE amount of food that breaks down into 2 or 3 meals easily for about 20 bucks. When you order chicken as one of your meats they literally give you half a chicken. We ordered food for the entire liberty common school staff today. Brother’s staff was friendly, ready for us when we arrived, and the food was amazing. Their kitchen was super clean as well. We stopped by in the early afternoon to pick up something for an early dinner. The food is great. We had pulled pork, chicken, and beef brisket. They were all good and plentiful. The sides were good, although the baked beans were a little sweet for my taste, and the coleslaw was not as creamy as advertised. Still, we ate it all and only suffered from a full and satisfied belly.

Keren and Taylor helped setup catering for our reception and they were incredibly helpful. Communication leading up to the day and on the day was perfect, one thing we felt we didn’t have to worry about that day! Delivery was prompt, everyone involved was kind. There was small confusion for billing day of delivery but they told us not to worry with everything else going on that day and we’d settle on Monday. Everything was delicious and there was more than enough of everything (even sauce!). Thank you for making our day go awesome.

I ordered a brisket sandwich and maybe the 4 oz mac and cheese.. the food was very good but just those two things came to $21! Yes there is a lot of me on the bun and the barbecue sauce was amazing. But it was not worth $21. Serious Texas barbecue is much better. And you get more for your money.

My family and I went here this evening Aug. 15, 2023 for my birthday dinner. Right off the bat we were greeted by a gentleman. He suggested the right amount of food for our group of 5. Brought our food to us, told us the sauces. When it was time to go he made sure we had sauces to go and a bag to carry everything home in. Start to finish A++. Now the food, if we lived closer we all would eat here at least once a week. Fantastic food, we’ll return. Thank you

Enjoyed my Pulled Pork sandwich. I could have added more BBQ sauce. Was a little disappointed with my side of BBQ baked beans. Would have liked to have more than was served. Great taste, not too spicy. Very satisfied and will definitely recommend.
