The food was delicious and the service was awesome. It was pricey but you pay for the experience! Also, the tip was included in my bill so I tipped again with cash and the waiter ran outside to let me know and refused to take my money. Very honest establishment and I will be back. Hella bomb! Be sure to come with an appetite! The marinated beef short ribs were my fave.

I had the pleasure of dining at Brothers Galbi (형제갈비), and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The banchan spread was simply delightful, offering a delightful array of flavors that perfectly complemented my lunchtime meal. However, the true star of the show was their nengmyun. The refreshing taste and texture of the noodles combined with the flavorful broth left me craving for more. Although it was already fantastic, a slightly bolder infusion of saltiness or sweetness would have catapulted it to the number one spot among all the nengmyun offerings in Koreatown. Nonetheless, Brothers Galbi is an exceptional restaurant, deserving of a resounding five-star rating.

This Korean BBQ spot is a must-try for their marinated beef short ribs. They offer a plentiful serving of meat with each order.
