Clean nice environment first thing I noticed the staff was very friendly and attentive. Everyone was doing their job the eggplant Parmigiana sub was pretty good. I do feel like it could’ve had a little bit more flavor to the eggplant but I could just be comparing it to how I make my eggplant cutlets at home. My kids love the pizza I would definitely come back very good.

Being from NJ, I have a high bar for NY style pizza. The crust should be thin and crispy and should not flop over when held aloft. The sauce should be slightly sweet, topped with freshly grated mozzarella cheese. A Margherita pizza should have a good balanced amount of fresh basil. The one from Brothers was very good. Could have used a little more cheese and more basil but the taste and texture were excellent. Also ordered a cheesesteak which is always a challenge outside of the Philadelphia area. The one here included green peppers, onions and mushrooms standard. You’d be hard pressed to find a cheesesteak in the Philly area with green peppers but outside of Philly everyone seems to think they’re essential. Otherwise, it could have used more cheese but it was certainly tasty. Overall, food and service were good, especially so far from NY and PA.

Such a great place! Pizza was delicious and the service vice was even better. I love going to places where they go the extra mile. We were wrapping up eating around 7:30pm knowing they were closing at 8pm and as we were getting up to leave one of the staff members brought out popsicles for the kids to enjoy! Definitely recommend!!

The pizza overall was pretty good and didn’t take long to make. Everyone was friendly. My only complaint was that they use canned mushrooms. For a small pizza that costs $20 I’d expect fresh ingredients.

Good authentic NY pizza. Friendly staff. Clean environment. Quick service. Offers pizza by the slice and an outdoor patio. 2 pieces of cheese and a drink for under $10. I heard the staff speaking a foreign language which I suspect was Italian. Pizza was delicious and everything was as it should be. 5 stars!

We used to love Brothers. One of the better pizzas around. But over the last couple of orders we have been disappointed. The pizzas have shrunk in size (easily noticeable) and the toppings seem to have declined. Not much cheese on our last 2 pizzas and sparsely spread pepperoni. Used to be that we had to fold a slice to keep the cheese and toppings from sliding off which was great. A return to quality and size would draw me back. But I can get more for less with a pretty good Costco $10 pizza. Thicker crust but more cheese, toppings, and bigger pie. It may be a while before we are back to give Brothers a fair shake second chance.

Being a pizza lover and living in the triangle was a challenge. The best pizza places here at Triangle have that gourmet version of pizza that is good but super small; I travel a lot for work, and in all the countries I go to, I try to have the best pizza; I can tell the pizza here at Brother of New York, is in a similar level of the best one I had in my travels . Especially the prosciutto, because all the versions I tried here add some local flavor ( not sour, but sometimes the combined items don’t match); here, they use oregano and delicious mozzarella. The dough is fantastic and reminds me of the ones I had in Italy, NY, and other Italian neighborhoods worldwide.

My rating is more about the value you receive from this place for a simple Pizza. They charge $3.50 per topping regardless of what it is, so they charge the same for very low cost toppings like onions and mushroom as they do for high cost items like pepperoni and sausage. This is a total rip-off, and just not worth it. You can get 2 topping pizzas from Domino’s or Papa Johns for half the price. I will not be returning here

The pizza here is decent and they get the order out fairly quickly. The staff seems to always be on the go whether it is the cooks in the kitchen making the pizza, the servers bringing food out, or staff on the phone taking orders too. Overall a good place!

The pizza tasted good but if you’re comparing their large pie to new york this is like a medium pizza…the large pizzas should be as large as the pies they’re using to sell “by the slice”….$20 for a technically medium pizza, half pepperoni is a bit much
