Terrible service. Called for pickup the person on phone said 10 minutes, my wife went in to pick up and they said they had no order. Called them and the women read off my order. So they obviously knew there was an order. Long story short my wife then sat in their parking lot for another 30 some minutes. The first time she went in two workers were playing on their phone. Plus the food is not that great. This was our first time trying this place. Won’t be returning. Go to Rosalie’s or pat and Carla’s if your looking for good food and good service.

First time ordering delivery from here and also the last time. Sub rolls were way over toasted, subs were dry even after asking for extra red sauce on them. Fries were soggy mush. Didn’t get the sour cream that the lady even asked if we wanted. Didn’t end up even getting the sub I exactly wanted because I got tired of trying to explain it to the lady on the phone, so I finally just said that’s fine, whatever. Won’t be eating here again.

Well they did it to me again. This time I ordered a taco salad that didn’t have anything to talk about it but sauce no tomatoes no jalapenos. Pretty much just a salad. Also it took almost 2 hours which did really bother me. I think I’m done with Brothers. Third time I order a chicken cheese steak with extra steak and cheese. Not sure where the chicken is but they sure did charge me for it. Use to be great not sure if they have a new cook or what.

Horrible!! Ordered salad with extra dressing. Was not given any dressing!!!!! Even tho I PAID EXTRA!!!!!! Unable to eat. Called store and asked for refund and they hung up on me.

Totally messed up my order after a 40 minute wait for pick up. We have been coming here for years. I could drive back to get it fixed or offered to refund the meal; however, once waitress returned to phone stated no refund but could have 10 percent discount off my next visit. We both had a copy of the receipt in hand and restaurant admitted the mistake. Asking customer to give you more business in order to fix a mistake you made is indeed poor business practice.

Order and having it delivered is great. DO NOT GO TO DINE IN. I was waiting in line. And the cashier completely ignored me and helped the guy behind me. Acted like I wasn’t even there. And continued to ignore me. Worst service I have ever have. I even said something and they both still ignored me.

I ordered from this place a lot and I’d rather appreciate their food. The downside is when you order something and it doesn’t come to your house the way you order it and this happens three times in a row. The first two times you don’t say anything and the third time you call in because you order a hot Italian sub and you get a cold Italian sub. The young immature child female that answers the phone literally says that she wouldn’t have called in for that and that she would have just heated up the sub so why am I wasting their time.
