Delicious food! Everyone was happy with their dinner. The waiter brought out a nice selection of bread with warm butter. We took a while to decide what to order but he was so patient with our group.

Great restaurant! I can’t say enough how good the Brothers Restaurant is. From the moment we sat down our party was treated like we were the only people in the restaurant on a Thursday evening brimming with happy customers. If you haven’t dined here I urge you to go. The food is wonderful. I had a park chop on a bed of mashed potatoes and homemade apple sauce over the chop. The chop was grilled to perfection. A good inch thick chop that was a pure delight. It was a fantastic evening. Great and attentive service from start to finish. I lived in the bay area for many years and The Brothers Restaurant ranks up there with the best SF has to offer. Please check it out, it will become your favorite restaurant as it has become mine.

Delicious and cooked well! Romaine wedge salad was phenomenal along with the pork chop. Kids shared the lamb dinner and they literally give a while rack for great price. We will always come back when we stay in Santa Ynez.

Was able to call and get a reservation with the others in the group. Wanted to try the tacos that I seen in reviews but they had no more. Also no fish and chips. Decided on scallops on rice and vegetables. Was very good. The variety of different bread placed on the table was tasty. Waiter was nice also

Excellent service. Mediocre food for the price I’m paying. My lamb steak was nicely done but could be more lamb-y in flavor. My husband got the fish which tasted okay – he thought there was too much seasoning for the whole dish which usually means masking of the freshness of the dish. The sides of the dish could do with asparagus or something besides a few string beans and a couple of carrots with mashed potatoes. Not sure if $12 for a dish of corn soup was worth it lol – don’t get me wrong, it WAS delicious. The table bread was unique and delicious and went well with the soup.

Decent food overall but it could be better considering the price point. The goat cheese stuffed chicken breast was exquisite, and the scallops were cooked to perfection, but the onion soup was barely warm and the Chinese chicken salad was refrigerator cold (shouldn’t this at least seem to be prepared fresh?). The wines offerings by the glass disappointed considering the price point, but they have some stylish bottles if you are willing to spring for them. We paid about $100/person. As stated, at that price there shouldn’t be so many misses.

Santa Ynez has some really good restaurants and this is yet another. In this area, it’s not hard to find a good place to get a steak – and this definitely fits the bill – but that’s not what makes it stand out. The service is outstanding! We had a relatively good sized group and our server, Matt, got everything right (including a pile of separate checks!) The food arrived hot and in a timely manner. Even just walking around the restaurant, anytime I encountered one of the staff they were very friendly and warm. It is definitely one of the places that will be on my mind next time I want to go out to Santa Ynez for a bite to eat.

We really enjoyed this place. They were exceptionally gracious at accommodating our group of 11. The food took a little bit longer than normal, but in this case I am not concerned as it was exceptionally good. The pulled pork was not overdone and it had a different flavor with the honey. The fish and chips were pretty good and the tartar sauce was spot on. The ribeye steak was done to perfection – you could tell they didnt play with it after getting it on the grill. The kids food was easy and simple and works. The drinks weren’t that bad either, although a bit slow, and they have a decent wine selection – think of the location and it makes sense.

The food was very good, the wait staff attentive, timing was perfect. We had the french onion soup which was red wine based but was among the best my husband has had. We had springs rolls which were just the right amount of spicy with an Asian salad also very nicely done. I had the stuffed roasted chicken, amazingly seasoned, served with mashed potatoes and green beans and carrots. My husband had the 12 ounce prime rib which was nicely done again served with mashed potatoes and green beans and carrots. And we had to finish it off with a raspberry and chocolate truffle dessert. The whole experience was very pleasant and a big thank you to the whole staff and especially the chef.
