Try this place out if you’re at Harper for the day or just in the area. The Brisket sandwich was good – a little close to pot roast for my taste, hence the 4 stars – but the sauce was great. Will return to try some other menu options.

I ordered what was supposed to be brisket and a hot link fries and baked beans I was definitely sold roast and boiled hot link or Italian sausage baked beans were all mashed taste like sauce. This is just food with bbq sauce the food I was sold looked alright I gave it to my neighbor he said it taste good but definitely wasn’t brisket or any 9f it actually barbecued.

Used to go here years ago it was so good. Called the other day, Father’s Day to be exact and the lady seemed very frustrated that I was asking questions about brisket. I decided not to order. Service is everything to me. I cannot spend my money where I am talked to in a rude manner. Hoping it gets better. I used to like this restaurant back in the day.

2 stars because the potato wedges were great. The bbq was sad- ribs and chicken tested like they had been in the steam table for a long time. Moist but grainy chicken. The brisket and pulled pork were shredded and tasted like they’d been done in a crock pot. Really disappointing.

Ribs were very dry. I think they served us Saturday ribs for our Sunday dinner. I know covid has put pressure on small restaurants, but $25 for yesterday ribs, meh. The shrimp so salty, tasted like frozen shrimp deep fried.

This was a new place for me to try, it was on Chicago’s best, which meant I had to try it. Buddy recommendation. That day I was feeling ribs or rib tips, after my 2 friends ordered one of each I decided to get what they called the Lil bit. This includes everything from 1/3 ribs 1/3 rib tips 1/3 pork and 1/3 beef brisket. I got the dinner which included the beans coleslaw and garlic bread. The ribs were definitely a little rougher than fall off the bone. The rib tips were very good but a little fatty. The pork and brisket tasted very similar. But what really took the case was the award winning BBQ sauce. Overall this place was very good! Definitely worth the visit!

Food was good and place is very nice and clean. Ordered Ribs Chicken and Brisket but received Ribs Chicken and Italian Beef which was a downfall. Ribs didn’t have a lot of meat on the bones but were good. Chicken was amazing. Italian beef wasn’t what I ordered but was okay.

I have been a customer at Brothers for at least 25 years. They have the best ribs and pulled pork in the area. The baked potatoes are light and fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. I love their food. I love their staff. It’s a great place! Delicious food and friendly staff.
