I ate at this restaurant for the first time last week and the food was AMAZING! The atmosphere and reception was very welcoming as well. Was definitely confused getting into the menu but the staff was very helpful. Everyone was so inclusive with one another and the manager Nikki was excellent. Definitely showed great leadership and I could tell all the coworkers really respected her and liked working there and you don’t come across that often in a food workplace. Again the food was nothing short of amazing as you can tell my the picture, absolutely nothing was left. I ordered salmon, grain, vegetable bowl, cooked to PERFECTION. Will definitely be coming back.

I have ordered off the app twice when they have had discounts running! The app is extremely user friendly and saves my previous order which I love. When I walk in, I am greeted by multiple employees while they are working! There is a young girl with blonde hair who is the friendliest employee! Both times she was like a ray of sunshine in there! The food in so delicious as well! I’m pretty particular about my fish and have found it to be cooked perfectly each time! I get the salmon bowl with greens and grains and it’s a great portion of food. Absolutely love this place and would recommend it to anybody!

Neat fast-casual concept I have wanted to try for sometime after seeing it downtown. Went on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty empty. Ordering is easy – they have a bunch of laminated menus where you can check off what you want with a dry-erase marker. I made my own thing with the Crispy Cod, Greens + Grains, and a Mini Chowda on the side. Everything was delicious! Vibe was nice, kind of an at-sea sort of theme across the restaurant. Will be on my shortlist from now on if I ever want something quick and healthy!

I ordered two cod protein fish only meals and an order of fries. The employee stated that it was battered fried cod. I paid $12.55 per order of fish. The fish fillets were cut into pieces and were dried out like they had been sitting for hours. There was a couple of fresh pieces in there only. The fish was so dry you couldn’t chew just like eating rocks.

When I passed by this place I was immediately excited to try it. My husband and I drove the 30 minutes to get there and it was pretty packed, which was promising. The aesthetic of the place was super cute and matched the theme of the menu items. I will say that there was not a single clean table for us to sit in. We ordered the lobster roll, shrimp tacos and ahi tuna bowl. They were out of tuna unfortunately, so we opted for the special. They forgot to ring us up for the lobster roll, so we needed to go back and reorder after the rest of our food came out which was kind of annoying (and very expensive at nearly $40 for a rather mid-sized roll alone). It was definitely not worth the price. I’ve had dozens of lobster rolls in my life and they always have some big chunks of lobster. This was literally barely filled with some shreds you’d find at the bottom the bowl without a single full piece of lobster. The Hake special was good, not great. The shrimp tacos were probably the best thing we tried and even that was like…why do they come with a random side of dry nacho chips with literally nothing to dip them in? The tater tots were delicious, Ill give them that, but all and all, I left underwhelmed and a little disappointed.

I recently tried a grilled salmon salad with grains and fresh lightly sautéed vegetables, and I have to say, it was a revelation. The salmon was perfectly cooked – tender and juicy with a smoky, grilled flavor that was out of this world. The bed of mixed greens was fresh and crisp, providing the perfect base for the dish.
