I got the Wagyu burger and my son got the Bacon wagyu burger. Wasn’t that impressed. Plain burger with a little lettuce Sauteed onions and sauce. Steak fries and canned drinks in cooler. Different atmosphere. Located behind a local bar. Very pricey. 2 burgers fries and drinks came to $39.78. OK for a once in a while place for a quick bite. Just hope you don’t have a big family with you. Lol.

Finally got over to try the smash burgers. We shared a bacon gouda double burger with a side of fried Brussel sprouts. The highlight for me were the sprouts and next time I’ll definitely add the truffle parmesan addition. Staff was very friendly and service was quick. Today had perfect weather for sitting outside on the picnic tables, but in case you need it there is seating available inside Alga Brewing.

Tucked behind Alga Beer Company, you’ll find this delicious burger truck. Go all in and get the double patty, they’re smaller so you need the stack up, trust me you won’t regret it. A delicious balance of crispy edges and juicy meat, met with melted gooey cheese and all the traditional fixings adorning a soft and warm potato bun… I’m ready for another one as I type. Skip the fries, unless you like them too thin and too crispy. Definitely worth a try, one of the best burgers I’ve enjoyed in a long time.
