We ordered a 2 piece all white meat and got a weird piece of something that was like a cross between a beast and a thigh that was dry and stale. Plus a dried out stale chicken wing. The cheesey potatoes were bland and had no flavor. My husband got a 3 piece Dark Meat and got 2 stale legs, one thigh and one mystery piece that was similar to what was in my meal. I would never eat here again.

I try and be positive, check my other reviews. I also always call first to talk to someone directly and try and work it out before a review is made. This chicken was so bad, I could not cut through it with a knife. It was cold. The biscuit was cold in the middle. The entire meal was inedible. The quote from the manager was “on this large of an order I am not sure I can do anything for free.” She did offer to replace the chicken if I drove back. The entire meal is in the trash and I do not trust eating from that establishment. I feel reviews help people make choices and I would not spend my money here.

Excellent chicken…much better than the tiny pieces they have at popeyes. Most of the sides are great too. However, youre going to pay more for it than elsewhere. Mostly I pick-up my order and they have not once gotten the order wrong in seven years.

The chicken was cold, salty, and tasted like shrimp. I have a feeling that they used the same oil to cook the chicken in, that they did with the shrimp. My fries were green as well. When I went through the drive through, i saw a bunch of flies inside. It also smelled gross.
