This location has gone down hill. Always had a great service in the past when the owner was working. The last two visits the young man taking orders has a horrible attitude. The time before this visit he was swearing because he had orders an hour before closing. Today he had an attitude when asked if they had gizzards as they were out last time. He had to make them for me which he begrudgingly did. Just for context this was at 5p.m. and I was the only customer in the place so he wasn’t slammed with orders. Upon getting home with the food it was awful. The chicken was dried out and barely warm and the gizzards were so over cooked we had to throw them out.

I was here yesterday evening and the woman working the counter was absolutely amazing. Not only was she sweet and funny but caring! I absolutely loved her! She made me want to come back there for sure!!! Not only was the service outstanding but the food spoke for itself. Everything was prepared fresh and absolutely delicious! 10 out of 10 all around!!! Makes me happy to see good people out there still!!!

Iam writing this review on their awesome chicken sandwich I loved it the sandwich was soft and not too salty, I don’t care for alot of crunchy coating, its a good size sandwich and I had the pasta, it was two weeks ago but it is my new favorite, I was at the Homer Glen store

Some of the best food around in my opinion. It was Fresh and Hot when served. Don’t know about how they used to be but they are killing it now. Browns has been a great place to eat and this one kept those standards. Would eat here again and again. Onion Rings are the best and made with real onions.

After having 2/3 fairly bad experiences at a different Browns Chicken in a neighboring town, it reminded me of how much I love the lockport Brown’s location! At the Lockport Browns, the staff is incredibly friendly and very interactive and accomodating with their customers. The food is always hot and cooked perfectly. Next time, I’m going to skip the Browns in my town and go to the Lockport location. It has always served me well.

Do not look at the old reviews from years ago. This is a new franchise with new owners and was remodeled on the inside. The new owner are extremely nice and friendly. The food was served hot and fresh and tasted delicious. Have been here twice and they did not disappoint. The employees are extremely friendly. If you went in past, give it another chance.
