I had this place rated five stars at first but as you can see I changed it to one star because the last couple times I came to this restaurant a little after 7:00 knowing that they close at 9:00 p.m. but they were closed already, lights were out doors was locked, but it clearly says they close at 9:00 p.m. as I was pulling up it was people leaving the restaurant obviously it was the employees. They didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me they were closed. I traveled from far East, Cottage Grove St. for some brown chicken from this restaurant but they were closed so I had to travel further west to the browns chicken on 111th and Cicero in oak lawn. Service was quick, food was hot and they stayed open till 9:00 p.m. like it says on Google.

The food that I order is always good only 1 or two times they didn’t cook the livers well enough but no hard complaints.. the ladies always seem a little moody at first but nice in the end I like browns always have scared to try anything different because I don’t want to have to write a bad review lol 5 stars for the food for now (livers mushrooms and the corn fritters)

Google says they close at 9, we got there at 7:20, no one answering the drive through but the lights were on, the door was locked. A man came to the door and asked if we were picking up, when we said no he rudely said they’re closed, we mentioned google says till 9 and asked what time they closed, he said “8” and when we said it was a small order and it’s barely 7 he just repeated “we’re closed”. Doesn’t even give a chance to new customers.
