Stopped for a quick lunch, had small spinach and mushroom salad and $2 pizza slice. My lunch was under $10. My food was delicious. My waitress was just a delight. Service was great . Check out daily specials. Outdoor and indoor seating, which I found to be very adequate for the size of the establishment. Clean bathrooms and changing tables and high chairs for the littles. Delivery available …Grub Hub and Door Dash friendly.

Told us when our food would be ready. Got there 5 minutes after that time. Still had to sit in the restaurant for 30 minutes waiting for food. They had 4 people working, all appeared to be teenagers and there were only two tables with customers. I’m all for young people working and I love seeing it but they need to be doing a better job. Then, when we got our food, it was overcooked, the cheese was all burnt and all the pastas had almost no sauce on it.

Super Disappointed!!! My mother used to go to this place with my dad all the time. After she passed we tried to keep going here but a few times our order was wrong and figured we would just let it slide but after the 3rd time of our order being wrong I couldn’t take it anymore and had to leave negative feedback. The pizza tasted very dry barely any sauce, ordered extra cheese and it was very skimpy on the cheese. One of the pizza’s was very burnt. I specifically asked for a regular cheese pizza with fresh mozzarella as an additional topping and received a pizza with out the cheese.

We hadn’t been to Bruccis in years. We had a coupon so decided to try it again. Meh… at best. The staff was super friendly young teenagers. We ordered the garlic knots, witch came out super fast, perfectly cooked and very garlicky. Yummy! We ordered the cheese calzone and mushroom Stromboli. They took a very long time to come out and were overcooked to the point of burnt on the crust. We had a Coyle dollars left on our coupon, so the waiter suggested the chocolate cake at $6/ slice. We didn’t open the bag with the cake until we arrived home. That better be dang good cake for $6 for such a small slice!

My cheese pizza doesn’t have any cheese. I even paid extra for fresh motzarella to make sure there was plenty of cheese, but only 1/3 of the pizza has cheese. Not worth $15. My kids want an extra cheesy pizza, how do we order it? Is this an issue with your website? I started with an order for a basic cheese pizza, then add extra toppings -I added fresh motzarella for 2.50. I would not normally have left a review, but this is the second time this has happened, and it looks like this happened to someone else a month ago. The meat pizza was very good, as it usually is, and well worth it- would be 5 stars for that pizza. We usually love your pizza!

Sorry, hate giving low scores and they might have been short staffed but took forever for one and the pizza was just sauce with four pieces of mozzarella cheese on it. Disappointed. And some “basil.”

Crust was good, but pie had no flavor. Asked for a little minced garlic and confirmed why, garlic is not fresh but some gross yellow picked mess out of a jar (pic related). When we sat down there were some crumbs on the table so I asked waitress if someone could wipe it down and she looked at me like I hd two heads, like she was too good for that or something. Then she proceeded to wipe down the table with a spray bottle and dirty rag that actually deposited more crumbs than were there before, it was disgusting. Besides that she was not thoroughly covering the table with the solution. Toilet and sink was not too bad but note the floor at the edges, nasty black growth, it was horrifying. Was like that all over, no one is really mopping it proper; it makes me doubt the kitchen is being cleaned.

I’ve been a loyal Brucci’s Pizza fan for several years and they used to have great quality food and reliable service. I have show patience and understanding through the pandemic and the hiring challenges but after looking back at my last several orders, I will not be ordering from them again.
