Excellent service and even better sandwiches. I have been coming here for over 20 years. They are still my favorite sandwich shop in town. I recommend them to all my friends and for my out of town friends it’s a must stop before they leave for home. Now they have fresh lemonade and other yummy drinks to choose from. On a par with Jimmy John’s. Very poor selection, my Italian sub was served unexpectedly cold, the bread is hard as a rock. I will do my best to Not return here. Do yourself a favor and go to McDonald’s!!!

Went yesterday. I ordered 3 subs including the roasted turkey. I was advised by the drive thru person that they no longer have turkey because it was discontinued. Not only does that ruin the turkey sub, but it is also normally in the club sub. I was advised that i could add another meat on the club. When I got to the window, the man that was working on Sunday said that was up to his manager. When I suggested that he relay my disappointment to the owner to change the sign, he said that I shouldn’t take it out on him and closed the window quickly. How is a request for him to tell his manager an attack on him? Needless to say, he was rude and confrontational. I understand that prices for everything have gone up but that is an outrageous cost at $42 dollars and change for 3 subs. I was at this Bruchis 2 months ago and they told me they ran out of turkey. Obviously fixing the sign is too hard to do.

Awesome Boston’s Playtime
This has happened multiple times Going to this bruchis. It’s as if they shut their internet off, to slow business down. The manager turned me away, even though I had already payed. Eventually (after a little back and forth) they made and got me my online order( 3 other online orders left after being told they cant do anything). This is a common occurrence at this location. The manager again lied to me by saying this never happens( even though this exact situation happens almost every time we go there)! Probably better off going to phillylicous or going farther to the other bruchis! This location does not have a long life span, with how it is being ran!

The food was good, but its still fast food. The store was clean, staff was excellent. The food was brought to the table which I enjoyed very much. 5 stars is out of the reach for most fast food places but 4 stars you can rest assured you will have a good meal.

Any time we have gone to this location after 5pm they don’t have large bread for sandwiches. Disappointing. But hey, they are more than happy to charge you for two smaller sandwiches at a much higher price. Anyone looking to go here for dinner— go to the one on lower division!
