I ordered through door dash. It arrived quickly and hot. The pizza crust is excellent; crispy and chewy. The toppings were better than most pizza joints. The sausage was actually sausage; not little balls of random pig snot. Now for the bad… sauce was watery and had little flavor. The cheese, while seeming of good quality, was not melted much. I may try Bruno’s out again, but there are myriad other options.

My absolute favorite pizza in town. Period. Amazing! Super thick, tons of toppings. One or two slices is all you need to fill you up. Parking is hard to come by at this location, but that’s a small quibble. There isn’t any dine-in at this location, so don’t plan on staying around to eat on-site.

As someone who grew up in Chicago, I was excited to have found a local place that makes Chicago deep dish. Since I’m a bit of a skeptic, I decided to try their regular pizza first. Sunday evening I placed an order via ubereats and waited patiently, then waited some more, only to receive a message that the restaurant canceled the order. Thought to myself “ok that’s probably on me I should have ordered earlier in the day” I didn’t think much of it and tried again on another day. This time I even ordered it a couple of hours in advance. Right around the time it was scheduled for I received a message from the ubereats driver stating “they had part of your pizza stick to the oven” odd but ok mistakes happen. I naively assumed that it was being remade and the driver just wanted to let me know why it was going to be a bit late, no big deal. But um yeah I wrong to think that. Confusion came over my face as I read “no he refuses to remake it… wait what… the driver calls and puts it on speaker phone so I could talk to the employee. Wow I was speechless at the level of rude unprofessionalism the employee showed during that call. He talked down to me and the driver, refused to remake the pizza or even apologize for his mistake. Instead he acted like it was my fault and the idea of remaking it was utterly absurd. I will never order food from any restaurant that lets their employee treat customers like that. If you want a correct order and to be treated like a person, order elsewhere.

I grew up on this pie and I’ll tell you what, this is hands down one of MY top pizza spots in the South Bend/Mishawaka area!! The staff is awesome and ALWAYS friendly when you stop in here!! If you are lucky you may get a story or two while you wait on you’re pie to get done!! Thank you for feeding my family and I (3 Generations) for over 40 years!! God Bless you all!!

There was a carry in at my job and I understand things have to be wrapped up individually etc. But how about investing in a seven dollar box of gallon size Ziploc bags so that the pizza doesn’t arrive looking like this. I couldn’t even eat it. October 30.

This was my first time going to bruno’s, I’ve heard soooo many good things, I figured I would try. So disappointed that it was burnt, papa John’s doesnt burn my pizza. For the price I expected more. Workers did even know the website deals.
