This is the most unacceptable pizza I’ve ever eaten, my first and last from Brunos. “I don’t think you should have to slurp pizza” my girlfriend said as runny grease oozed from soggy crust. Soon as I pulled a slice it fell apart, leaving me with floppy crust in my hand. For just barely more I can buy two whole pizzas from Sam’s Club, or just eat non-dumpster pizza at Greeks, at least they support our troops.

Located in (Frankfort) Indiana, Bruno’s Pizzeria is definitely a place I will come and visit again. This was my first visit and I tried the ham and cheese sandwich and it was delicious . I also had a pleasure speaking to the owner Payton and he gave me a little history about the business as well as a t-shirt.

Usually the best in town but this pizza is not what I ordered and definitely was rushed. I called to get my order fixed and they ignored the phone calls since it was 20 minutes till closing. I’ve never had bad service from them until tonight. I will be asking Mr. Akard (owner) what happened.

I’ve lived everywhere from Indianapolis to Brooklyn and Bruno’s (among other local pizza spots in the Midwest) are by far the spots I look forward to visiting whenever possible. From the ‘Swiss Chalet’ on Walnut Street to their current location, it is no coincidence in the age of Walmart super stores and Amazon convenience, Bruno’s has continued to thrive and deliver quality pizza, sandwiches, and salads (house dressing!) for over 50 years. Looking forward to my next visit and congratulations on the continued success!

Friendly staff, clean kitchen, very clean bathroom. Good thin crust pizza. I stopped in here to try on my first time ever in Frankfort. Im gonna come back again sometime. I had a small 10 inch pepperoni.

Bruno’s pizza is the first pizza I had as a kid. I have always loved it. But I miss the old building on sr 28.

The food is very good. The pizza is most greasy, so if you don’t like that, this is not your place. They take good precautions with the gluten-free pizza. They use a clean area and cutters which is most important, especially if you have an allergy. I was sad that we sat in the dining room and had to order at the front counter and serve ourselves plates and plastic ware. They do bring you your food but that is all.

I’ll be honest, Bruno’s is the best pizza in Frankfort and it’s not even close. If someone has a dissenting opinion they are honestly just wrong. They also have the best Gluten-Free pizza I’ve ever had, so if you have Celiac Disease like me then rejoice.

First time ordering and will be my last. Almost no sauce, toppings were piled and not spread out, and the grease was puddling on the bottom. Crust had 0 crunch due to all the grease. Very disappointing
